The Twelve Villages of Emei is an earlier and well-known method of guiding health maintenance in modern times.It has a history of more than 800 years.It was created by Bai Yun Zen Shiyun in the late Southern Song Dynasty.Its style is characterized by "looseness,softness,inner and outer softness,running through the whole",the exercises are divided into two categories of health and combat,health is divided into twelve-character Zhuang method: heaven,earth,heart,dragon,crane,wind,Cloud,big,small,quiet,bright;technical attack is divided into eight methods and power dissipation.It is well-known in Emei martial arts and medical circles.It has been circulating in Sichuan,Southeast Asia,and Europe such as Switzerland for a long time.The research object of this article is Twelve Villages of Emei,with Emeishan City,Sichuan Province as the field investigation site.The literature research method,field survey method and interview method are used as research methods,and the technical system,inheritors and inheritance methods of Emei Shizhuang are the main research contents.Observe and describe in detail its inheritance pedigree,the current status of the inheritor,etc.,to analyze the current status of the inheritance and development of Emei Shizhuang in today’s society,and find out the factors that restrict and influence the inheritance and development of Emei Shizhuang.An effective method to solve the problems existing in the inheritance and development of Twelve Villages of Emei was developed.Through interviews with the heirs and field investigations in the area of the heirs,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The 12 th generation of Emei Tszhuang was passed down to the thirteenth generation of the Manchu ancestor by means of pedagogical and apprentice inheritance,and the family inheritance.Among them,it passed to the eleventh generation of the manchu ancestor Master Yongyan,which was in the development situation at that time.The inheritance was reformed: two-line inheritance-one outstanding disciple was selected among the monks and the ordinary disciples at that time to take turns to serve as the head of the same generation,"the monks pass the custom,the vulgar returns to the monks".By the thirteenth generation,Master Zhou Qianchuan and Juzan began to change from teacher-apprentice system and family inheritance to teacher-student system,from single-line inheritance to training courses,lectures and lectures.(2)During the process of inheritance and development of Emei Shizhuang,there are serious ageing of the heirs,uneven distribution of the cultural level of the heirs,academic research on Emei Shizhuang is scarce,and high-level research talents are lacking.The inheritance method is relatively single;the theoretical system lacks completeness,the inheritance time is long,the content of exercises is esoteric and cumbersome,the teaching staff is weak,the teaching mode and training methods are not perfect,and the propaganda is insufficient.Based on the summary and analysis of the data obtained from field investigations,this article proposes the following:(1)Expand the publicity of the place and age level of Emei Shizhuang,use government support to set up Emei Shizhuang courses in primary and secondary schools in Emeishan City,and universities or colleges with a specialty in Chinese medicine to strengthen Emei The theoretical research of Shizhuang.(2)Accelerate the establishment of the modern and innovative model of Emei Twelve Villages,and use the network platform to spread Emei Twelve Villages on a large scale.On the basis of the original Emei Twelve-Zhuang Gongfa,a reduced version of Gongfa suitable for all social classes and age groups was created to expand the range of successors and increase the number of successors.(3)Vigorously promote the development of Emei Shizhuang in society,communities and schools,use standardized teaching materials,and implement the heritage of Emei Shizhuang.Pay attention to the international development of Twelve Villages of Emei,set up the forest recreation industry of Twelve Villages of Emei with the background of Mount Emei Tourism,advance with the times,and realize the new development of Twelve Villages of Emei.
