Research purpose: to understand the characteristics of functional action screening of high-level martial arts routine athletes in martial arts schools, analyze and evaluate the problems in basic action mode of high-level martial arts routine athletes in martial arts schools, such as body asymmetry and action compensation, and find out the defects in flexibility, stability and action control of high-level martial arts routine athletes in martial arts schools According to the test results of FMS,the most exposed problem of Wushu Routine Athletes in martial arts schools is to develop a targeted corrective training program,so as to improve the "weak chain" link in the body sports chain of high-level Wushu routine athletes, prevent the occurrence of sports injuries, and improve their sports performance.Research methods: according to the requirements of the paper, this paper mainly adopts the experimental method. The FMS test was carried out on 20 high-level Wushu Routine Athletes(Level 2 and above)in Laizhou Chinese martial arts school,Shandong Province. The lowest average FMS score of 20 athletes was found out.The athletes were randomly divided into experimental group(10 people)and control group(10 people). The corrective training intervention was carried out for 30 minutes after the training course from Monday to Friday afternoon, lasting for 8 minutes Week, except Saturday and Sunday;10 athletes in the control group keep the existing arrangements without any intervention;the experimental group and the control group are the same in the special training of martial arts routines. At the end of the eighth week, the experimental group and the control group were tested for the second FMS,and the results were compared and analyzed, and the conclusion was drawn. Results:The average score of FMS test of the 20 athletes in Laizhou Chinese military academy before corrective training is 13.25 ± 2.57;the lowest one is 1.30 ± 0.57 for over squat, the highest one is 2.10 ± 0.55 for straight lunge, the second is 1.95 ± 0.69 for shoulder flexibility,1.85 ± 0.49 for hurdle,1.85 ± 0.37 for rotation stability,1.70 ± 0.47 for trunk stability, and 1.50 ± 0.69 for active leg lifting. Conclusion:After 8 weeks of corrective intervention training, there was a significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P < 0.05).In addition, the results of hurdles, trunk stability and total scores were significantly improved(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the experiment in straight lunge, shoulder joint flexibility, active leg lifting, rotation stability and total score(P > 0.05).
