Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Naturalization Phenomenon Of Football Players In My Country

"Speed up the construction of sports power ",this is the party's 19 th CPC National Congress based on the construction of modern power,to achieve the goal of "two hundred years " an important strategic deployment.The important task of the reform and development of sports work in our country in the new period is to strive to realize the transformation from the sports big country to the sports powerful country.Therefore,the rapid development of Chinese football plays an important role in building a sports power.Du Zhaocai,party secretary of the Chinese Football Association in 2019,made it clear at the league summing up meeting that in the future,the Chinese Football Association will assist the club in pilot domestication of outstanding foreign football players with a high level to participate in the Chinese Super League.With Hou Yongyong,Li Ke,Exxon,Alan,Luo Guofu,Gaulat and other players have joined the Chinese nationality,our country football opened the era of naturalized football players.This paper discusses and analyzes the present situation,policy making and implementation of naturalized football players in our country by means of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics,and finds out the main problems in the implementation of naturalized football players in our country.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)The lag in the formulation of the naturalization policy of the Chinese Football Association has resulted in the club not being able to represent the club after naturalization of several players China Super League,resulting in the waste of human resources and the loss of the club's economy;at the same time,due to the instability of the Chinese Football Association policy,the policy requirements are inconsistent,so that the basic rights of naturalized players who are already Chinese citizens are infringed,the image of the country is damaged,and the spirit of the country governing the country according to law is not consistent.(2)The club in the process of naturalized players in the process of hasty naturalization,resulting in the naturalized part of the players lack of ability,according to the study,domestic players in the goal and breakthrough ability is not lacking,in assists,key passes,steals,interception ability is not lacking.And Exxon,Gaulat,Fernando because of the ability in scoring and breakthrough is more outstanding,should be the current national team urgently needed type of players.But Luo Guofu,Alan,Li Ke,Jiang Guangtai,Hou Yongyong 5 people because the individual ability is not particularly outstanding,therefore is not the national teambadly needed player type,can bring the help to the national team not much.
