Research On Problems And Countermeasures To Training Of Zhejiang's Football Players Reserve

Training of reserve football players is significant to measure a country's football level and serves as an important strategic role in China's football development. Only follow the developing principles of football sport and players' training rule, football level can be continuously improved.As a province with rich culture and strong economy, the football of Zhejiang Province always stay in the middle or lower reaches with low production rate of top players. The football popularity among the youth is not ideal. Therefore, training of football players reserve is worthy of attention, and is also a great issue that weather the youth football game of Zhejiang can leap to a new step or not.The study objects of this paper concern on Zhejiang Greentown Football School, youth football teams of Zhejiang Province, as well as football players, coaches and relative staffs from football-characterized schools subordinated to primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province. By adopting methods as documentary materials analysis, experts visiting, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and through comprehensive survey and analysis on the current training situation of Zhejiang's young football players reserve, the following results are concluded.1.Zhejiang Greentown Football School with 5 grades training echelons (U-19,U-17,U-15,U-13,U-11) is charged with to provide talents for Zhejiang Greentown FC and other football clubs in the country, while the Zhejiang Greentown National Games Football Team is charged with to take part in the National Games representing Zhejiang Province. 2.Contradictions between cultural courses learning and football training for the training to Zhejiang's young football players reserve are becoming more and more serious and demand an effective solution. The problem of players' future is quite severe and has become the first problem to be properly settled for the training work to Zhejiang's young football players reserve.3. Football players reserve of Zhejiang province made a feature of "two small,the middle" in term of age and regional differences in the number of reserve personnel and level of development,which is that football players reserve of its east part better than the west.4.Current training modes of Zhejiang's young football players reserve are two: mode like the Zhejiang Greentown Football School and youth sports schools in all cities adopting "Three Concentrations training" mode of traditional amateur sports schools, and the mode that primary and middle school adopting "combination of cultural courses learning and football training".5. The age structure of coaches is reasonable, academic and incomes of coaches for youth football are low. Their knowledge structure and personal abilities need to be improved.6.Youth football competition systems in Zhejiang are not perfect, causing that competition results have become the main standard to charge their training achievements in all grades of youth football teams.7.Management and guarantee systems for Zhejiang's young football players reserve training need to be perfected. higher leading authorities have not paid enough attentions to this work.
