| The junior high school stage is an important period for students ’psychological maturity and development.The junior high school students who are in a sensitive period will see and influence teachers’ words and deeds.It is especially important for educators to understand the psychological needs of students.The existing research involves the role positioning,role conflicts,and role transitions of junior high school students ’head teachers,but few discuss the role expectations of junior high school students’ head teachers.This research hopes that through the preliminary exploration of the expectations of the role of the head teacher of junior high school students,it will provide a realistic basis for the education of junior high school students,help them to teach according to their aptitude,and provide reference significance for the education and teaching of head teachers.This research uses questionnaires,interviews and other methods to conduct research.The research consists of four parts.The first part is a self-made questionnaire for the role expectations of the junior high school students’ class teacher,and a preliminary exploration of the psychological structure of the role expectation of the junior high school students’ class teacher.The third part is to study the factors related to the role expectations of the head teacher of junior high school students,using the "State-Trait Anxiety Scale","Interpersonal Trust Scale","Self-Esteem Scale",and "Junior High School Head Teacher Role Expectation Questionnaire" to 905.A junior high school student tested and used AMOS 21.0 to verify the chained mediator model of self-esteem and interpersonal trust in trait anxiety on the role expectations of the junior high school students’ head teacher;the fourth part is an interview study to understand the characteristics of the role expectations of the head teacher in the current junior high school underachiever.Based on the above four studies,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The questionnaire for class teacher role expectations for junior high school students mainly includes 5 dimensions,which are class management,cultural and ethics,communication and care,education and teaching,and growth guidance.The role of the head teacher is expected.(2)The role of the head teacher of junior high school students is expected.In all dimensions,the class management score is the highest,and Wende is the lowest.Under certain demographic variables,the expectations of the head teacher role of junior high school students show different levels of statistical differences.Among them,the expectations of girls are significantly higher than that of boys.The role of junior high school students is expected to be the role of the teacher of life.Accounted for the highest proportion.(3)Trait anxiety affects the teacher’s role expectations through self-esteem and interpersonal trust.Multi-group comparisons found significant differences in chained mediation models for different genders,grades,and accommodation options.(4)The expectation of the role of the head teacher of the junior high school students is mainly reflected in the dimension of communication and love.I also hope that the head teacher changes his teaching attitude and pays more attention to himself. |
