Nutritious Meals In The Eyes Of Teachers And Students

School Z of X county is located in a national poverty-stricken county.The people's income level in X county is relatively low,and the people can basically feed themselves,but they are not rich.Most people can't afford meat.The students of Z school are boarding students.They eat two meals a day in the school.The price of the meals in the school is very cheap,and the students can't afford meat,so they can't meet the needs of their physical development,which has an impact on their height,intelligence and health.From the spring semester of 2012,X county began to implement the nutritional meal pilot,and Z Primary School of X county was listed as a national level nutritional meal pilot school.The school began to provide free lunch for students.Until the spring semester of 2019,the state subsidy funds can only be used to purchase meat to provide for students,so as to improve the nutritional level of students.Although the implementation of the student nutrition meal plan started late in China,it has been greatly invested since the implementation of the student nutrition meal plan,and the beneficiary students are very extensive,basically realizing the full coverage of the rural compulsory education stage.It improves the malnutrition of students,improves the quality of population,and lays a solid foundation for the talent strategy of our country.China's compulsory education phase nutrition improvement plan regards it as a national strategy to implement,and it has been 8 years.All policies and measures are relatively perfect.At the same time,there are many problems in the implementation of the plan,which lack of legal constraints.From the perspective of educational management,I analyzed and studied the current situation of the implementation of Z school students' nutritional meal plan.In this study,literature method,questionnaire method and interview method are used.Through the literature research and analysis of the current situation of the implementation of nutritional meals at home and abroad,through the well-designed questionnaire,input the questionnaire star,use the questionnaire star to distribute,take back 149 valid questionnaires for students,28 valid questionnaires for school leaders and teachers.At the same time,the principal(legal person),principal,administrator and teacher of the school were interviewed.The study found that the implementation of Z school's nutrition meal plan is very good,not only with the support of teachers,but also with the approval of students and their parents.Moreover,the nutritional level of students is generally improved and their physical quality is better.But there are some outstanding problems: 1? there are loopholes in the unified procurement of materials,and there are risks in the safety of food and capital.2? The mechanism of supervision and feedback is not perfect.3 ? Insufficient capital investment,occupying public funds.4? The infrastructure construction of canteen is not perfect and the conditions are poor.5? Low wages and poor cooking skills of workers.These problems have seriously affected the effective implementation of the student nutrition meal plan.In view of the problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: 1? Establish and improve the incentive and supervision management system for the implementation of nutritional meals.2? To improve the understanding level and management ability of the management personnel to the nutritious meal.3? Formulate more operational implementation rules.4? Give full play to the positive role of public organizations.5? Build a good environment for policy implementation.6? Only legislation can guarantee the long-term implementation of students' nutritional meal.The purpose of this study is to summarize the existing problems in the implementation of Z school students' nutritional meal in the past eight years and try to put forward the general practical problem-solving strategies.Make the national student nutrition meal plan better implement and benefit the people.However,due to the limited research capacity and the limited number of samples,there are still deficiencies in this study.It needs to be improved in the future.
