On The Implementation Of Nutrition Improvement Plan For Rural Compulsory Education Students In Luoping In The View Of The "Three Circle Theory"

Nourishment is an important basis of growth and development of children and teenagers, but malnutrition is still a universal phenomenon in rural areas. After two years of implementation, Nutrition Improvement Plan for rural compulsory education students improves physical condition of rural students and ensures the development of rural education. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of this plan, which weakens the valve.Firstly, this paper starts with the theoretical research and introduces the signification of research and practice. And then it analyzes the characteristics, research status and trends of Nutrition Improvement Plan at home and abroad. On the basis of the research of related concepts, this paper combines Nutrition Improvement Plan and "Three Circle Theory", which have strong guiding significance to the implementation of this plan. This paper not only introduces the background, content, significance of Nutrition Improvement Plan and the implementation of Yunnan Province, but also summarizes the current situation of implementation of Luoping. By pointing out problems in Luoping, a judgment can be made.-this plan is located in the intersection of three circles in the View of the "Three Circle Theory", but its area is small. The focus of this article is how to expand the area of the intersection of three circles. The reasons which caused the problems of the implementation of Nutrition Improvement Plan are discussed from three aspects and three suggestions on the implementation of Nutrition Improvement Plan in Luoping are offered.By researching the implementation of Luoping, this paper points out that there are three problems in the implementation of Nutrition Improvement Plan in Luoping, which are the realization of the value, the resources of implementation and the support form stakeholders are not sufficient. Finally this paper puts forward three suggestions:to realize the value to the fullest, to enhance the capacity of implementation and to build broader support from stakeholders.
