Research On The Nutrition Meals Policy Of Rural Compulsory Education Students In China

Children are hopes of families,and future of a country and a nation.Paying attention to the development of young children,especially children in the rural areas,is the important embodiment of social justice,and an important part of promoting poverty alleviation work,thus the healthy growth of children should not be ignored.Adequate nutrition is to ensure that children in this group can be an important foundation for healthy growth,but at present in our country's rural areas,students in the stage of compulsory education are generally present the anemia,retardation,low weight and a series of malnourished condition,compared with urban students of the same age group,their health status at a disadvantage,the reason is that rural students long-term unreasonable dietary structure,the lack of all kinds of nutrient elements,etc.In order to improve the nutrition and health condition of students of compulsory education in the rural areas,our country launched free nutrition meal policy for students of rural compulsory education since 2011,the free nutrition meal policy is mainly aimed at the pilot province county in rural areas,those in the stage of compulsory education of elementary and middle school students.The nutrient meal policy that has achieved certain success in five years,the pilot province county rural students' physical health has improved,but at the same time some problems also arise,to a certain extent,which will be harmful to the value of the policy itself and affect it to give a full play.This paper from the perspective of public policy formulation and implementation,based on the theory of the public policy theory,and on the basis of the integration of a large number of literature material,to our country the current rural compulsory education and nutrient meal policy research and analysis.First elaborating and defining the concepts such as Nutrition meal,then introducing public policy and other related theory,and based on the policies again expounding and complementing the background,significance,the implementation of the experimental results and existing problems of the province county,finally combining with some foreign countries and nutrition meal policy,and then put forward reasonable suggestions.
