"If you want to profit in one year,nothing is better than growing grain.If you want to harvest in ten years,nothing is better that planting trees.If a country wants to grow rapidly,nothing is better than cultivating talent".Talent is an important productive force for competition and development in modern society,as the foundation of rejuvenating the country,enriching the people and development.This rule also applies for academic field.Research on high-level scientific research talents has always been a hot spot in the academic field.The core of these studies is to understand the environment and laws for the growth of scientific research talents,so as to train more talents and maximize their capabilities.In the 21 st century,because of computer technology,the world has become a ternary system composed of human society,physical world,and information space.As the world is entering a period of economic development dominated by the information industry,a new round of digital,networked,and intelligent technological revolution is sweeping.This article will focus on the winners of national science fund for distinguished young scholars in computer science and technology.The academic portraits of high-level scientific research talents in this article mainly include the following two aspects: on the one hand,the study of personal attribute: gender,age,birthplace,undergraduate?master and doctoral colleges and doctoral tutors;on the other hand: academic attributes such as papers' number and research topics.In terms of the papers' number,quantitative analysis of scholar paper is based on academic conferences and journal recommend by Chinese Computer Society;the research theme of the paper is to use a three-segment theme analysis model to mine scholars' common research topics and conduct evolutionary analysis.This article finds that age of winners National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in computer science is concentrated at 40-45 years old,and the number of women is much lower than that of men.CV analysis method is used separately on younger and female scholars of Jieqing,This article finds that research experience of Internet companies has a positive acceleration effect on the talents of computer science,and the female scholars have an excellent educational background.In terms of educational experience,two-thirds of the scholars have been studying in 211 or 985 colleges,and phenomenon of learning from famous teacher is so common,which has caused the accumulation of talents.The phenomenon of learning from famous teacher in various research fields is different.Researching field with different development status have different reliance on the famous teacher,that is,the wilder application area researching field have,the lower dependence on famous teachers it has.In addition to multimedia field,the proportion of researcher learning from famous teacher in other fields is relatively larger.Scholars' tutors in multimedia field is diversity and hierarchy,and it include international-level mentors,domestic experts,and general academics in universities.2)The research track of scholars: papers' number published at the top conference shows a phased increase trend,among which top journals have the fastest growth rate.The research theme of scholars has three characteristics: deep digging(refinement of research problems),horizontal expansion(extension of original technology to new research objects and fields),and intersection(combination of original technology and new technology).Based on the above findings,this paper proposes to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthen the academic exchange of talents within the discipline,and share hot issues,technical exchanges,and cooperative scientific research across disciplines to promote talent growth.The study discovers the common characteristics of high-level scholars in computer science,enriches the theory of scientific talents' training,and provides an important reference for formulating scientific and technological policies and training high-level scientific talents.
