With the development and progress of society,people pay more and more attention to education,which requires teachers to constantly explore new ways in teaching methods and improve teaching methods to improve teaching quality and teaching level.Influenced by the integration of urban and rural areas,the source of students in rural middle schools is becoming weaker and weaker,and the polarization of students is serious.Due to lack of interest in learning,some students eventually choose to drop out of school.Based on years of teaching experience and Research on classbased hierarchical teaching,the author expounds in detail the principles of class-based hierarchical teaching,i.e.directionality,subjectivity,comprehensiveness,encouragement,flexibility and acceptability.On the basis of the principles,the author puts forward three strategies that should be followed in teaching,namely,goal-based incentive strategy,process optimization strategy and homework-based optional strategy.Under the guidance of the three strategies,this paper elaborates on the implementation method of class-by-class hierarchical teaching,and verifies the feasibility of class-by-class hierarchical teaching through teaching practice.Through the analysis and processing of data collected from questionnaires,it shows that after the implementation of class-based hierarchical teaching,students' interest in learning has been improved and their initiative in learning has been improved.Most students are more adapted to this teaching mode.They are more suitable for the difficulty and pressure perception of physical knowledge than before,and have a strong confidence in learning physics.In addition,through the analysis and processing of the results,theyhave a strong confidence in learning physics.It shows that most of the students have improved their performance.Supported by the above data,the feasibility of class-based hierarchical teaching is verified.However,in the actual teaching process,there are still many shortcomings,such as time allocation,student management and so on.In the future teaching work,we will continue to improve and explore more suitable education.
