In the final analysis,the problems of senior high school students' independent choice of subjects are still the problems of students' choice of subjects and the difference between them is that the former is more suitable for the reform of the new university entrance examination which is student-oriented and gives students value orientation on the more right to select on one's own and the research on the problem of independent choice of subjects is in the scope of students' independent choice of subjects.However,the latter involves all the problems of choice of subjects whose scope of research is more extensive.This research starts from the value of new university entrance examination reform to explore the current statue of senior high school students' independent choice of subjects in Hainan province and analyze and purpose solutions to problems to provide reference basis for the improvement of the comprehensive reform plan and policy implementation of the new university entrance examination through analysis of the current statue to find the problems existing in the senior high school students' independent choice of subjects and according to the role of internal and external incentive factors in incentive theory.This research chooses two middle schools in Hainan Province as the research object and takes the documentary research,interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods to deeply research on the problems on the senior high school students' independent choice of subjects in the new university entrance examination around the three dimensions of fairness,scientificity and selectivity and in view of the problems of students' independent choice of subjects during the process of investigation to put forward effective solutions to guarantee the real implementation of students' right of independent choice during the process of independent subject selection.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reason to select this research topic,a summary of research on students' choice of subject at home and abroad,definition of relevant concepts,research meaning,theoretical basis and research method and other contents;The second part is to comb the experience on national and local university entrance examination reform of increasing students' subject selectivity three times to pave the way for the future research of this paper;The third part is to take two middle schools in Hainan as research objects to explore the current statue of senior high school students' independent choice of subjects in Hainan province to achieve the problems such as the lack of self-awareness,the lack of the understanding of independent selected subjects of university entrance examination,the low degree of satisfaction of the choice of subject,utilitarian in the choice of subject,the limited students' right on choose their ownsubjects and so on.The fourth part conclude that the interior incentive motivation of senior high school students on choose their own subjects is insufficient and it lacks the external incentive factors for senior high school students to choose their own subjects according to the role of internal and external incentive factors in incentive theory and the analysis of the problems existing in the independent choice of subjects in senior high school students,which are the causes of the problem leading to the high school students' independent choice of subjects;The fifth part puts forward feasible countermeasures to the problems existing in the independent choice of subject for senior high school students according to the reinforcement theory and two factor theory in incentive theory.
