The constant pursuit of the education equity is a consistent belief of the humansociety. In ancient China,Confucius proposed the academic ideal of "Provideeducation for all people without discrimination". In Ancient Western, Plato is theearliest one who put forward the ideal “the implementation of compulsory primaryeducation.” Aristotle proposed a concept that legislation to ensure the educationalrights of the Freedmen, and so on. These are the earliest and most profoundexpression of the ancient, simple education of democratic ideas. In China today,building a harmonious society and promoting social equity are as an important goal ofnational economic and social development. And educational equity is as an effectiveentry point to achieve social equity.The education equity is an important part of achieving social equity. Theevaluation equity of the examination is one aspect of the educational outcomes’equity.The examination is prevalent in today’s Chinese society, and the range ofexaminations is wide. Facing such a large population, how to objective andassessment fairly them is the Chinese education sector and whole society’s"headaches". In a variety of examinations, the candidates hope to achieve the finalresults or scores to a more accurate evaluation of the true level. This is also theinevitable requirement for examination scientific. Undoubtedly the college entranceexamination is known as the "first test". The college entrance examination shouldhave a high reliability, validity, the necessary distinction and an appropriate degree ofdifficulty.This new topic is from the life, to build from the innovation. Multiple-choice,and sometimes will produce a phenomenon called" Forced to guess", its scientific hasbeen questioned. To solve this problem, based on the hybridization in the biological,and the mean called doping in the physical and chemistry to make new materials,under the guidance of ideological of combining, we build a new type ofmultiple-choice. And then, we use the comparison test, analysis of experimental data, using statistical software SPSS to get the box whisker plot to contrast among the truelevel of the students, the result in a new multiple choice test, and the result in theold multiple choice test. Respectively, the final experimental result show that the newmultiple choice test result is closer to the students’ true level, which means that thenew multiple choice has a better validity. And a further experiment on both the oldand the new multiple choice in implementation, the effect of distinguishing thecandidates on the test result of the experiment were ranked, and made a line chart inboth old and new multiple choice type ranking and quantitative comparison of thediscrimination. The experiment proved that the new single multiple-choice questionshave a better performance on the effect of the distinction between candidates.
