According to the latest data released by the national cancer center, there are about 3.93 million cases of malignant tumors and 2.34 million deaths each year in China, and the burden of cancer is on the rise.Among them, breast cancer is the disease with the highest rate of female malignancy.Breast cancer patients not only have to face the pain, hair loss, nausea and other physiological reactions caused by the disease, but also the negative emotions such as inferiority, sensitivity and low self-evaluation caused by the "incomplete" body after surgery, and prominent psychosocial inadaptation. To help breast cancer patients rationally understand the disease and its impact, and regain the support and encouragement from families, can relieve their psychological burden to a certain extent, and improve their quality of life.During the six-month internship in the breast department of X provincial cancer hospital, the author found that Ms.Liu had prominent negative psychological emotions and obvious performance of psychosocial inadapation, which met the basic conditions for the development of the client. After completing further evaluation,it was finally determined that Ms.Liu and her family would be the object of this service. The author using semi-structured interviews and participant observation method to collect the basic information of the service object, the psychosocial adapation scale disease and breast cancer patients psychosocial adaptation questionnaire measure psychosocial adaptation level of Ms.Liu,found that the existence of daily care, emotional support, and the urgent need of self-esteem and self-realization and formulate specific service plan to target.Treated with narrative family as the basic framework of this study, through carding the original narrative of the service object, understand the narrative of the existing part of restricting its development and utilization of externalization, search for missing pieces and exception story, witness to reshape method to help the service object to rewrite the narrative framework, for self and family development has the positive significance of the new story,in order to meet the basic requirements of Ms.Liu,raise the level of their psychological social adaptation.Through specific practical research, the author finds that the narrative framework of breast cancer patients and family members and the description of the impact of the disease are greatly influenced by the current cultural background, showing a characteristic dominated by negative pessimism.Intervening with narrative family therapy can help them recognize the limitations of existing cognition, pay more attention to the positive part of the disease story, and start with improving self-efficacy to meet the needs of self and family.Based on the final evaluation summary and reflection, the author concludes that narrative family therapy has certain feasibility and effectiveness in applying psychosocial adapation to perioperative period breast cancer patients.
