| In January 2018,the standard of ideological and political curriculum for ordinary high schools(2017 edition)was promulgated,providing programmatic guidance for the current and future ideological and political teaching in middle schools,and marking the entrance of the era of "core literacy" in China’s ideological and political teaching in middle schools."Public participation" is high school ideological and political discipline,one of the four core literacy is "political identity","scientific spirit","rule of law consciousness" behavior,in cultivating high school students to participate in public affairs in an orderly way,and social responsibility,positive exercise of "the political power of the people’s masters play an irreplaceable role.Political life is an important part of the ideological and political discipline in senior high school.It is highly practical and closely related to social and public life.In this paper,using the questionnaire,for the political life of teaching high school students,analyzing the present situation and problems of cultivation of public participation through the study of the results of the survey can be found that the current high school thought political lesson teaching,more attention to cultivate students’ literacy of the public participation,through the guidance of teachers’ education and,most of the students have realized the value of participate in social public affairs,formed the focus of public life consciousness,and channels for public participation.Deserves more attention,however,with the advance of core literacy education reform,in the process of cultivation of public participation problems also gradually exposed,for example,some students stillexist for the public to participate in the inadequate knowledge of the phenomenon,and difficult to be active to participate in social public affairs,to participate in ability also needs to improve.The causes of these problems are not only students’ lack of adequate understanding of public participation literacy,but also the incompatibility between the teaching evaluation system and the cultivation of public participation literacy in school education,and the impact of exam-oriented education cannot be ignored.In order to solve these problems,in the later teaching of "political life",teachers should guide students by combining relevant contents of public participation literacy.First of all,we can enrich students’ knowledge of public participation by means of supplementing textbook content,creating life-style teaching situation,and constructing activity-based teaching mode,so as to lay the knowledge foundation for the cultivation of public participation quality.At the same time,the current teaching evaluation system should be changed to mobilize students’ initiative in public participation by taking public participation literacy as the orientation.In order to internalize the theoretical knowledge of public participation into literacy,the most important thing is to organize social investigation,research learning,and other social practice activities in combination with the content of textbooks,so as to cultivate students’ literacy of public participation in a real social environment. |
