Public participation literacy is an important training goal of the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines.From the connotation point of view,it is the character and ability of social citizens to actively participate in public affairs,undertake social responsibilities,safeguard public interests,and practice the spirit of public participation."Political Life" has strong practicality.It is the consistent requirement of the curriculum concept,curriculum nature,curriculum objectives and content standards to cultivate students' public participation quality.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the cultivation of public participation quality in the teaching of "Political Life",on the basis of fully analyzing the causes,the paper puts forward suggestions for cultivating high school students' public participation quality in the teaching of "Political Life".The paper consists of five parts.The first part,the introduction part.It mainly expounds the basis,research significance,research summary and research methods of the thesis.The second part,the theoretical overview.It mainly summarizes the meaning and core content of public participation literacy,as well as the cultivation goal of public participation literacy in the teaching of Political Life,the requirements of the "Political Life" curriculum for the cultivation of public participation literacy,and the theoretical basis for the cultivation of public participation literacy.The research of the thesis provides a solid theoretical basis.The third part analyzes the cultivation status of public participation quality in the teaching of Political Life.Including survey design and analysis of survey results,the selection of interviewees,interviews and the design and distribution of questionnaires were analyzed.The survey results show the status quo of public participation quality cultivation in the teaching of "Political Life" in Shihezi M Middle School.Political teachers have analyzed the understanding of public participation literacy and the cultivation of public participation literacy in teaching.High school students' public participation in literacy development has also achieved certain results.High school students have a preliminary understanding of public participation literacy.In the fourth part,according to the survey results,the problems and causes of public participation quality cultivation in the teaching of Political Life are deeply analyzed.In the teaching of "Political Life",there is not enough attention to the cultivation of public participation quality.In the classroom teaching of "Political Life",the problem of knowledge teaching and teaching evaluation system is not perfect.The public participation in high school students' public participation in literacy development lacks public participation knowledge and weak participation consciousness.Problems such as insufficient public participation capacity,lack of public participation practices,and insufficient depth.From the ideological and political teachers themselves,the "political life" classroom teaching,and the public participation literacy evaluation,the reasons for the problems are analyzed.the fifth part,according to the problems and causes of public participation quality in the teaching of Political Life,puts forward some suggestions,first of all to improve the quality of ideological and political teachers,and secondly to optimize the classroom teaching of "political life" to develop students' public participation quality.Finally,we must improve the evaluation of public participation literacy in the teaching of Political Life.This study explores the cultivation of public participation quality from the perspective of "political life" teaching,deeply explores the current situation and existing problems of public participation quality cultivation in the teaching of "political life",deeply analyzes the causes of problems,and proposes to promote the cultivation of public participation quality.Sexual suggestions,efforts to promote the cultivation of highlevel students' public participation literacy from theoretical research to practice orientation,and to the direction of concrete and operational,provide useful exploration for the implementation of public participation literacy in the classroom.
