With the steady progress of basic education reform,the development of students' ability has been widely concerned by the society,and the school has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of students' ability.The ability to understand biological knowledge is the basic ability for students to learn biology,the cornerstone for the development of other abilities,and the important embodiment of biological subject ability.Based on this,it is particularly important for teachers to use appropriate teaching strategies to cultivate students' biological knowledge understanding ability in the teaching process.As for which strategies are more effective,it is worth exploring in the teaching practice.There are six parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction.First of all,from the new curriculum reform highlights the importance of biological knowledge comprehension ability,situational teaching is conducive to the cultivation of students' biological knowledge understanding ability,and the current situation of the implementation of situational teaching in middle school biology classroom,we get the research questions of this paper.Secondly,it discusses the necessity of carrying out the research from the research purpose and significance.Finally,this paper introduces the research ideas,research methods and innovation.The second part is the core concept definition and literature review.In this paper,the concept of knowledge and understanding as the starting point,combined with the new curriculum discusses the connotation of biological knowledge comprehension ability,and puts forward three elements of biological knowledge comprehension ability: biological information collection and processing ability,biological experiment exploration ability,biological problem-solving ability.At the same time,on the basis of the existing research,it defines the concept of situational teaching and summarizes the literature.In the part of literature review,it mainly introduces several theoretical viewpoints closely related to situational teaching,which provides theoretical basis for situational teaching to cultivate students' biological knowledge understanding ability.The third part is the feasibility study.Through the students' questionnaire survey,we can understand the current situation of students' biological knowledge comprehension ability,andanalyze the reasons for the current situation,so as to provide data for the practical research of the paper.Through the teacher questionnaire,survey the status quo of situation teaching and teachers' recognition of situation teaching strategies,the results show that teachers agree with the division of biological knowledge comprehension ability of the author and the recognition attitude of situation teaching strategies,which proves the feasibility of this study.The fourth part is the research of situational teaching strategies.Based on the analysis of the results of the students' questionnaire,this paper puts forward the situational teaching strategy of cultivating students' ability to understand biological knowledge on the basis of relevant theories,and studies the teaching strategy from three aspects: the ability to collect and process biological information,the ability to explore biological experiments and the ability to solve biological problems,so as to provide theoretical reference for the classroom teaching of front-line teachers.The fifth part is teaching practice research.The author chooses four classes as the research object,the four classes adopts the situational teaching strategies,analyzes the relevant cases through the classroom observation and interview,and analyzes the changes of students' academic performance through the paper and pencil test.The results show that the situational teaching strategy proposed by the author has a positive impact on the cultivation of students' biological knowledge understanding ability.The sixth part is the summary of this paper,including the conclusions of this study,the lack of research is analyzed,and the future research is prospected.
