Research On The Functional Orientation Of Scientific Research Data Platform In Colleges And Universities Based On The Perspective Of User Experience

With the advent of the 21 st century,emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing have developed rapidly,and data has exploded,opening the door to the era of big data.Dependent on the Internet and information technology,more practical open data has developed.As an important part of open science,open data requires that certain data can be freely obtained by anyone,without being restricted by patents,copyrights,and other institutions.At present,open government data has practiced successfully.However,there are still many problems such as "unwilling to open,dare not open" for open research data.Distrust of the knowledge exchange ecosystem,theft of research data,and the frequent occurrence of academic misconducts all made open research data difficult.In addition to promulgating various laws,regulations,and policies to support open research data and improve the open data ecological environment,and universities as one of the main subjects of open research data,also take the initiative to assume the heavy responsibility of open research data.Therefore,university research data platform has emerged at the times require,and,communicated users and research data to a certain extent.Based on data life cycle theory,user experience theory and scenario analysis theory,this study adopts the literature research method,comparative analysis method,scenario analysis method,experimental method,and questionnaire survey method.Taking the university research data platform and researchers as the research object,the paper divides the research process into different stages,analyzes and summarizes the research needs of researchers in each stage.It constructs the scene of university research data platform and sets the scene tasks,analyzes the information behavior of users in the process of using university research data platform,and realizes the function orientation of t university research data platform.This paper uses the perspective of user experience to conduct research on the functional positioning of scientific research data platforms in universities.Scenario analysis,usability testing,and eye movement experiments all focus users,dissect the research needs of researchers,and analyze experimental data and information behavior of users in specific scenarios.We got the following conclusions: First,the user experience theory and scenario analysis theory are suitable for the functional orientation research of university research data platform from the perspective of user experience.Second,usability test and eye movement experiment are suitable for testing the user experience of university research data platform and whether the current functions of university research data platforms can meet research needs of users.Third,according to the results of experimental data analysis,based on the needs of users at different stages of the research process,the function of university research data platform,the functions to meet the needs of the topic selection stage,the functions to the needs of the research preparation stage,the functions to meet the needs of the research implementation stage and functions to meet the needs of the results management stage.It provides some theoretical and methodological references for the practice,improvement,and optimization of university research data platform and lays the theoretical foundation and practical inspiration for the management and governance of university research data.
