Under the trend of digital information, modern teacher training is embark on a new revolution. Meanwhile the concept of online education and the gradual introduction of technology is creating a new situation of teacher training. In relying on digital information technology, domestic and external area sprung a large number of online teacher training courses, they play a pivotal role in the continuing education of teachers at all levels.In September2003, our country established the Teacher Education Network Alliance and launched the National Teachers’ Continuing Education Network Resources building project, which provides a broad platform for learning and rich online course learning resources for teachers continuing education. In other words, it indicates that China has officially entered the teacher training Internet age. Teacher training courses network can not only break time constraints and space limitations, solve the contradiction of engineering, but also greatly facilitate the continuing education of teachers at all levels.However, with the continuous teacher training network implementation and development of varying quality teachers training courses in large numbers, low quality of teacher continuing education courses emerges negative impacts. Therefore, the public gradually began to raise eager attention to the quality of teacher training network, and the Teacher Training Course Evaluation Network has also become an important part to protect the high quality of teachers’ continuing education.Nowadays tide is trending to an economic times which is more concerned about the experience of the users, in every industries and enterprise, more humane and individualized orientation concepts are implanted in the product development process, and it takes huge unexpected effectives. Through access to a large amount of literature and using a variety of scientific methods, this investigation will not only introduce the concept of user experience online training courses, but also establish a set of scientific and systematic indicators to estimate teachers network availability, new methods of teacher evaluation to explore a combination of online training courses, and the application in the actual project.In summary, this investigation aims to provide a more personalized, scientific, but also more contemporary teacher training course evaluation network model to promote continuing education teachers who can meet the economic experience trends. Only in this way can the continuing education be faster growing constantly.
