| In the "new era",we should give priority to the development of education,speed up the modernization of education and the building of a powerful country in education,and promote education fairness has become the most fundamental work to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.High school volleyball,as a kind of team sport with great influence in school sports,should also conform to the requirements of the new era to achieve new development,so as to serve the sports power.This paper takes the Marxist dialectical materialism as the main guiding ideology,takes the socialist educational thought with Chinese characteristics and the basic theory of school physical education teaching as guidelines,takes the factor analysis method of mathematical statistics as basic theory,and takes the management mode and strategy research of theories of management as the instruction.Taking Wuhu high school volleyball as a typical research object,it can form an effective path for the development of high school volleyball in Anhui Province under the background of new era.Based on the experience and existing problems of the implementation of high school volleyball "high school physical education and health curriculum standard ",volleyball teaching,extracurricular activities and volleyball competitions,and the construction of campus sports culture with volleyball as the theme,this paper summarizes 37 factors that restrict and influence the development of high school volleyball in Wuhu city in the new era.Through factor analysis,it is found that the most influential factors are "policy implementation factor","movement participation factor","self factor","cohesion factor","interest factor","practice factor" and "operation factor".On this basis,the paper forms the construction of the development path model of high school volleyball in Wuhu city,Anhui province in the new era,which is consists of six parts: content construction,basic form,path matrix and expected result. |
