Analysis On The Development Status Of Volleyball Training In Traditional Volleyball Schools In Kaifeng City And Countermeasure Research

In the 1980 s,the development of volleyball in Kaifeng was quickly promoted under the influence of the spirit of Chinese women's volleyball.Since then,a number of traditional sports schools featuring volleyball have appeared in Kaifeng,and they are in a leading position in Henan Province.After decades of development,due to the faults in the transportation of volleyball talents and the loss of volleyball teachers' resources not being replenished in time,some traditional volleyball schools in Kaifeng City are inconsistent with their names.It is understood that there are only four traditional volleyball schools in Kaifeng City that are training and participating in competitions.This article uses literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate 4 volleyball coaches and 153 participating students in 4 traditional volleyball schools in Kaifeng City,and find out the existing volleyball training.And put forward reasonable countermeasures to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the volleyball project of the traditional volleyball school in Kaifeng City and the training of volleyball talents.The main findings are as follows:1.The time nodes that Kaifeng City currently retains to be officially approved as traditional volleyball schools are all after 2000.Each traditional volleyball school basically has two volleyball teams,each with an average of about 20 people.The training objectives of the traditional volleyball schools in Kaifeng City are to cultivate volleyball reserve talents.2.At present,the volleyball coaches of the traditional volleyball schools in Kaifeng City are mainly men.The average age of volleyball coaches is 39 years old,and the age structure is slightly older.All are undergraduates,second-level athletes,and the average coaching years is 15 years.3.The ratio of male to female students participating in volleyball training is approximately 2:1.At present,the training period of students participating in the traditional volleyball schools in Kaifeng City is mainly concentrated in 2-3 years,and 60.67% of the participating students have not obtained the volleyball level.The students participating in the volleyball traditional project school in Kaifeng City are considered to be middle in cultural class performance,and there are fewer students with outstanding cultural class performance.4.The traditional volleyball school in Kaifeng City currently lacks indoor volleyball courts.Volleyball coaches and trainees are generally satisfied with the training venues and equipment,and the number of dissatisfied exceeds one third of the total number.5.The current sources of training funds for the traditional volleyball project school in Kaifeng City mainly rely on the school's special funding and the parents' self-financing.At present,50% of volleyball coaches believe that one year's training and competition funds are not enough.6.The volleyball coaches of the Kaifeng Traditional Volleyball School are objective and scientific in training and selecting talents.The volleyball coach considers more comprehensively in formulating training goals.The time and frequency of volleyball training meet the requirements of the "Management Measures for Traditional Sports Schools",but 50% of volleyball coaches still feel that the training time is not enough.In the adoption of the training plan,the multi-year training plan and class-time training plan have been neglected.There are unchanging problems in training methods.In terms of training content,there is relatively little involved in competition training at present,and the study of professional theoretical knowledge has been neglected,but the overall training content and training intensity are more reasonable.7.The students participating in the training of the traditional volleyball school in Kaifeng City have fewer opportunities to participate in the competition,and there is a problem of insufficient actual combat experience.The transfer of talents for volleyball events is mainly based on colleges and professional volleyball teams.Future development strategies:1.Kaifeng City Volleyball School must further clarify future development plans and strengthen the training and delivery of volleyball talents.2.Improve the construction of volleyball training teachers.3.Consolidate and optimize the hardware facilities for volleyball training.4.Introduce funding sources through multiple channels,increase funding for volleyball projects,and provide guarantee for high-quality training.5.Combining with the characteristics of Kaifeng City Volleyball School,establish systematic and scientific guidance training,improve training content and innovate training methods.6.handle the relationship between learning and training well.7.Create more opportunities and platforms for volleyball games to lay the foundation for actual combat.8.Attach importance to volleyball passing the school's own advantages and specialties to protect the basic interests of volleyball coaches.
