Research On Female Graduates' Outlook On Marriage From The Perspective Of Gender

The number of female graduate students in China is increasing year by year.At present,female graduate students account for 51%.The postgraduate study period is at the golden stage of women's love and marriage,but the pressure of academics,employment and love and marriage makes female graduates feel confused about life.As a high-education group among women,female graduate students' views on marriage and love not only affect their own happiness,but also have a significant impact on the development of women and society as a whole.Analyze the problems of marriage and love of female graduate students,help female graduates to establish a correct outlook on love and marriage,can effectively promote the harmonious development of the sexes,and can contribute to the construction of society and the country's population and happiness.In this research,the full-time female graduate students in four universities in Guizhou are the main research subjects.The female graduate students' views on marriage and love are divided into three dimensions: spousal selection standards,love views,and marriage and family views.Role concept.Collect data through questionnaires and interviews,quantify and statistically analyze the survey data,and further describe the analysis results.This article describes the status quo of female graduate students 'views on marriage and gender roles,and compares the different types of female graduate students' views on marriage and marriage with different gender graduate students.Summarize the characteristics of female graduate students' views on marriage and love,and find the correlation between gender role views and marriage views.Based on the relationship between the gender role view and the view of marriage and love,this paper proposes a logical approach to help female graduate students establish the correct view of love and marriage.The study found that the contemporary female graduate student's outlook on love and marriage hovered between the traditional "marriage is strong and the weak woman" and the modern "marriage equality." At the same time,the study also found that the gender role view is related to the female graduate student's view of marriage.The more modern the female graduate student's concept of gender roles,the more modern her marriage and love concept.Gender roles tend to be modern.Female graduate students have a clear self-awareness in marriage and love,and more respect for equal and mutually beneficial partnerships in gender relations.Conversely,the more traditional the concept of gender roles,the more traditional their views on marriage and love,and the more they recognize them The traditional view of marriage and love,respecting the traditional view of marriage and love,such as "male and female slaves" and "married husband and wife",have strong dependency and weak self-awareness.This article thinks about the position of female graduates' gender roles,and puts forward suggestions on how to alleviate gender role conflicts.First of all,it is necessary to promote the social culture of gender equality.Second,it is necessary to create new gender roles and cooperate with them.Instead of ruling,the realization of a partner-oriented society;once again in order to alleviate role conflicts,we should establish public service facilities,service systems,and flexible and comprehensive welfare policies at the social level to reduce women's burdens of childbearing,child rearing,and housework.At the same time,China needs to pay attention to gender education.Gender paradigm transmission is also a part of human socialization.Gender education should be fully carried out from three aspects: family,school,and society.Traditional stereotypes of gender should be eliminated,and a sense of gender equality should be established.This study adds theoretical research data on the localization of gender theory.In terms of application value,it not only effectively helps female graduate students to establish a correct outlook on marriage and love,but also improves female graduate students' happiness.It also promotes mutual respect and harmonious development between the sexes,and makes a modest contribution to the formation of a goodmarriage and family in the society.
