Employment issues has become a social problem, the plight of the graduates will also produce. The flexibility of market economy system makes the employers who hope to spend minimum of cost to profit-maximizing is understandable, and the behavior will inevitably bring repeated sex discrimination for labor market. Continued enrollment of graduate education, which female students have become the main force of the group. However, highly educated brought them endless trouble, what is the concerning of employers is female students’" natural cost attached ", rather than their professinal knowledge and the ability of work. The phenomenon of sex discrimination makes female graduate students in line with the tough road ahead, whom unable to enjoyment opportunities as men graduates. To the whole society, female graduate students cannot make up their opportunity cost which they pay in education, leading to public suspicion of the economic function of education, so that it will stagnate the social harmony and stability. Similarly, sexism of the labor market makes most employers be with colored glasses when they are in the process of selection of personnel, which in order to waste women resources, and its operations will not be able to ensure the effective allocation of human resources. If sustainability of poor quality of female graduates lasts long-term, the public will prohibitive a high level of education, and the slogan of gender equality policy has become bear. Therefore, sex discrimination in female graduate employment urgent public, especially female students themselves, government, education, and media make joint efforts to ensure that female students can realize the value of self-awareness.In this paper, a gender perspective analysis of female graduate employment problem in depth, the underlying causes of difficult employment of female graduate students from four aspects:social and cultural environment, social policy, school sex education, media opinion. I believes that traditional gender shackles the ideas of cultural community and female graduate students; social policy formulation and implementative process lack a gender perspective; the teachers, the division of labor, materials content settings mired traditional model of education; media reported has focused on the emotional, individuals, families of female graduate in which the private sphere.On this basis, the author I propose solutions with the concept of new gender perspective:admitted the gender differences between men and women to ensure gender equality, which is a key influence to be instead of the traditional gender culture; to improve the gender aspects of social policy, develop practical legal policy is mandatory to curb sex discrimination in employment; to change educational tradition, incluse the gender awareness into it, and cultivate " the whole person "is the goal; construction of the new gender concepts for the mass media, which is a means to proper guidance of employment for female graduate students.
