Practical Research On Group Work To Alleviate The Psychological Pressure Of Widowed Elderly Remarriage

With the aging of the population and the continuous improvement of the medical level,the number of widowed elderly is growing,As a vulnerable group,the widowed elderly suffered a lot of physical and mental trauma when their partner died.Their health condition was deteriorating,their social support network was weakened,and their social role was also changed.At present,the social support policy for the widowed elderly was not enough,especially in the psychological pressure of remarriage.The widowed elderly themselves are bound by the traditional concept,and they are faced with the problems of survival and life.They lack the ability to solve the problem of remarriage by themselves,and they are in a state of spiritual loneliness.If this state is not solved for a long time,it will lead to a series of problems,and even make the widowed elderly fall into the plight of depression and autism.At the same time,the children in the family have a negative attitude towards the widowed elderly Su has also troubled the remarriage of widowed old people.The social concern and support for the remarriage of the widowed elderly is not enough,the system of relief system is not perfect,and the problem of remarriage of the widowed elderly can not be solved timely and effectively.In the long run,the dilemma of remarriage will be formed.This study adopts the methods of interview,observation,questionnaire survey,etc.under the guidance of social support theory,labeling theory and empowerment theory,and with the method of group work,eight widowed elderly people in s community of Shenzhen city are selected as the service objects for intervention.The data of widowed elderly people in this community are collected and analyzed,so as to help the widowed elderly people in the community to establish a support group and make the widowed elderly people happy It is found that the problem of remarriage psychological pressure of widowed old people in urban areas is mainly reflected in physical,psychological,social and economic pressure;the problem of remarriage is mainly caused by widowed old people Body,family,culture and social factors.After fully understanding the psychological pressure of the case owner and remarriage,through six intervention services,three stages of service objectives were completed.After the six activities,the author integrated the data of psychological pressure scale and other data of the group members after the activities,combined with the feedback and reflection of group activities,analyzed the collected data,and put forward some suggestions from the perspective of self-cognitive reconstruction of widowed elderly and effective use of family support Secondly,the construction of social support network and government policy intervention strategy should be advocated.This study takes the widowed elderly as the intervention object,and at the same time,it has some innovation in relieving the psychological pressure of remarriage in the field of widowed elderly.At the same time,this study focuses on the widowed elderly to alleviate the psychological pressure of remarriage from their own and external aspects,and shows the professional concept of "helping others and helping themselves" in social work.Widowhood is a common experience of every old man.In this period,many reasons will affect their psychological pressure.The old people's life in old age has always been a social concern.This study has contributed to the development of group activities for widowed old people.Finally,based on the research results of the group work,some suggestions are put forward to alleviate the psychological pressure of remarriage of widowed old people Discussion.
