Research On Group Work To Relieve The Plight Of Marriage And Childbearing Women In Continuing Education

With the continuous improvement of women's self pursuit in today's society,more and more women choose continuing education to improve their cultural level and ability cultivation,and married and child-bearing women are also one of the groups that can not be ignored.Because the situation is more complex,involving their own,children,spouses,family,work and social environment and other multidimensional factors,how to get rid of all difficulties and smoothly receive continuing education has become a difficult dilemma for married women.In order to understand the real experience and needs of married and child-bearing women's continuing education,and relieve the difficulties in all aspects,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with many married and child-bearing women,and through the systematic arrangement of these data,summed up the current situation of married and child-bearing women's life and some common problems.These current situations and problems show the discomfort and uneasiness of married and childbearing women,who are generally considered to have entered the stable and mature ranks in society.In order to balance the commonness and characteristics of the research objects,we should take the intervention of group social work method as an attempt,and use multiple means to intervene 10 married and child-bearing women who have continuing education needs or are in the process of continuing education but have various problems.As representatives of married and child-bearing women who have continuing education difficulties,these 10 women will cooperate to complete the group work and participate in the group work process Give a true reflection after neutralization.The group social work program mainly covers four aspects: relieving personal psychological pressure and energy,family constraints and pressure buffering,resolving their own work conflicts and reluctance,and advocating social constraints and restrictions.The implementation of group social work is completed by five actual group activities.The five activities should take into account the external environmental dilemma and individual psychological dilemma of married and child-bearing women's continuing education,and should also combine representative individuals with mutual aid groups.In the process of the implementation of group work,social workers will continue to evaluate the situation of the research objects to determine whether the direction of the group work plan is correct and whether the actual effect can be improved.The intervention of group social work not only enables the married and child-bearing women who have the need of continuing education but are in trouble to get out of trouble and complete their own ideal of continuing education to embrace a better future,but also enables more married and child-bearing women who are in trouble to face themselves up to the actual needs of continuing education and avoid the wrong direction of life and work.Through practice,the intervention of group social work can really bring effective help to the married and child-bearing women who are in the dilemma of continuing education.Social workers and policy-making departments need to pay attention to this social problem which can not be ignored more and more.Through professional and appropriate working methods,take humanized solutions,and guide the married and child-bearing women to deal with it scientifically,so as to reduce the trouble.
