Study On The University Volunteer Service Organization Mode From The Perspective Of Morality Education

As the frontier of morality education,universities are responsible for cultivating what kind of people,how to cultivate and who to nature them.General Secretary Xi Jinping once said that "good ideological and political work should be like salt,but it is not possible to eat salt.The best way is to dissolve the salt into various foods and absorb it naturally." The current curriculum education is an important way for morality education to cultivate students' talents through courses,lectures,etc.It is the focus of this study that how to internalize morality education in the heart and put it into practice,so as to enhance the internalization of morality education.Volunteer service can shape the dedication spirit of volunteers,improve the spiritual state and complete the internalization process of moral education.It can provide necessary carrier for the effective implementation of morality education.From the perspective of spiritual essence and practical education function,college volunteer service and "moral cultivation" have a high degree of fit,both of which emphasize self-cultivation and moral cultivation.As the fundamental task of education,volunteer service demonstrates its important significance.This study will take volunteer service as a breakthrough point of moral education.To deep analyze the relationship of mutual influence and mutual promotion between moral education and volunteer service.Through the literature research method,theoretical analysis method,investigation research method,case study method and other methods,this study will analyze the current situation of ideological and political education and the status quo of college students' volunteer service,and deeply analyzes the necessity and feasibility of college volunteer service organization from the perspective of moral education.Based on the case of the volunteer service organization model of Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages,the paper puts forward the path suggestion for mutual development of moral education and college volunteer service,so that colleges and universities can truly integrate the volunteer service of college students into the education and practice activities of moral education,so that the volunteer service is more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.We hope that all members can participate into the activities,so that college students can strengthen the self-education of moral education in practical services,enhance the efficacy of moral education,and promote the implementation of moral education in colleges and universities.
