The Research On The Growth And Development Of The Folk Volunteer Organization Of Chongqing

Since the Wenchuan earthquake in2008, and the2008Olympic Games in Beijing,volunteers active in every corner of the motherland, making people pay more attentionto the figure of the volunteers and the team of the volunteer organization. Thedevelopment of the volunteer organization is the result of the social developmentprogress. They are helpful for making up for the government and the market failure, andhelpful for promoting the process of the democratic political, helpful for theoptimization and integration of the social resource, helpful for the development of thesocialist spiritual civilization, and can reduce the social contradictions, promote thestable and harmonious of the society. So the development of the volunteer organizationshas more and more become an important mark of measuring the social progress.The volunteer organization of our country relatively started later than the volunteerorganizations of western developed countries. The volunteer organizations in Chinahave started from1980s, but the development of the volunteer organizations in China isvery quickly. With the improvement of the quality of people’s thoughts, the spirit pursuitof folk volunteer organization is much wider and faster. Volunteer organizations inChina has experienced test form several large events, they show a positive upward andenthusiastic service state of mind to the all people, and obtained the great affirmation ofthe social. At present, the number of folk volunteer organization in our country is large,and widely distributed in many ways, playing a positive role. However, the developmentof folk volunteer organizations still has some problems, we must constantly found, andsolve problems, make the volunteer service play a better role.This paper takes the folk volunteer organization of Chongqing as the mainbackground. First of all, the paper summarizes the related concepts and related theoriesof volunteer organizations; Then, this paper introduces the general situation of volunteerorganizations at home and abroad, and summarizes the experience of the developmentof foreign volunteer organization; Third, it analyses the development of the folkvolunteer organizations of Chongqing, selects the organization of Chongqing Jiangbeigreen leaves volunteer association as a case to study，and points out that the trend of thedevelopment of folk volunteer organizations in Chongqing; Fourth, according to thedevelopment situation of the folk volunteer organizations of Chongqing, finding out theexisting problems in the development of private volunteers organization; Fifth, in view of the problems existing in the folk volunteer organizations, putting forward thecorresponding countermeasures; The final part of this paper is the summary andoutlook.
