Research On The Development Of Volunteer Organizations In Colleges And Universities In China

With the continuous growth of China's economy,various undertakings in the vigorous development of the volunteer organization as a non-governmental organization representing the growth rate significantly,and quietly to grow as an important part of social public service and public management,plays an important role in the social nature of things.The volunteer organization is all volunteer groups accounted for most teams active than most heavy,high quality,growth and development,which led to the improvement of quality education in our universities,is an important way for students to practice education,is the embodiment of our youth students' style.Especially with China hosting the Beijing Olympic Games and major international tournament in Shanghai,World Expo G20 summit and the meeting,let the world to Chinese and Chinese with special respect youth volunteer service.Nearly 40 years of development,make our country out of a volunteer organization in China has the unique style of the road,changing with the development of things,in the face of internal and external factors of the new China,university volunteer organization also faces many problems,such as the management of the strict and voluntary service organization is single,lack of financial support,students in the long-term poor,which restricts the development of China's colleges and universities volunteer organization.Faced with tens of millions of young volunteers,there is no match for the rational allocation of volunteer activities will have the willingness of students.This paper takes Zhengzhou University as the analysis object,the display of China's volunteer organization development and management system,and through the questionnaire and interview analysis and summarizes the problems and difficulties existing in the volunteer organization stage.With the literature and data solutions for the interpretation of volunteer service in Colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the development of society and city process,provides a theoretical and practical basis to explore the access point of university volunteer activities and social management and perfect long-term mechanism of voluntary service.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of the topic,sorting out the literature at home and abroad,combing the theoretical tools,research methods and related concepts.The second chapter is the research on the current situation of the development of volunteer organizations in Colleges and universities,taking Zhengzhou University as a case study to analyze the organization and management of volunteers in Colleges and universities.The third chapter is the analysis of the problems existing in the volunteer organizations in Colleges and universities by means of questionnaires and interviews.The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems in the third chapter,and makes reasonable suggestions based on the advanced methods of the United states.
