Nowdays,The world is undergoing huge changes unseen in a century,and profound changes have taken place among the Internet business format,communication format,public opinion ecology,and netizens' mentality.Under the condition of all-media communication,online public opinion has become a force of public opinion that cannot be ignored,which promotes the expression of opinions,the exchange of ideas and the integration of ideas in cyberspace.It is worth noting that online public opinion may also cause evil effects such as intensification of contradictions and deviation of values.While disrupting the clear order of the Internet space,it has also profoundly changed the external environment of college students' ideological and political education activities.The effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education has been weakened.Therefore,on the basis of fully understandof online public opinion,this article takes it as a research perspective,systematically investigates the issue of the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education.From the perspective of system theory,college students' ideological and political education activities are a complex system project,in which college students are the most critical element,and the other four elements are closely connected to form an organic connection and coordinated movement mechanism to realize the functions of the system.Play.As the external environment of the system,online public opinion is closely related to the practical activities of college students' ideological and political education,and profoundly affects the effective performance of the system's functions.Internet public opinion has brought efficiency gains to the ideological and political education of college students,but it also caused internal and external troubles to the effective operation of the system.This is specifically reflected in: college students' insufficient network literacy and ability,insufficient educators' ability to control the Internet,and educational content.Insufficient update of resources,low level of innovation in educational methods,and complex and changeable network environments.In this regard,this article starts from the internal and external dimensions of the system,and proposes countermeasures to improve effectiveness.One is to optimize the elements of education and stimulate the endogenous power of the system.Specifically,it includes four aspects: enhancing the conscious acceptance of college students,enhancing the conscious leadership of educators,increasing the high-quality supply of educational content,and improving the level of educational methods.The second is to optimize the education environment and stimulate the new vitality of the system.The two-pronged approach provides a theoretical reference for effectively improving the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education from the perspective of online public opinion.
