According to the national big data monitoring,the physical fitness of teenagers is declining year by year,and the speed quality is an important physical performance of the human body,which has always been an important indicator of the national physical fitness test.In "Physical Health Test for Young Students" and "National Physical Exercise Standard",moving speed is an important item in junior high school students' physical training.We can measure the physical quality of middle school students in China by using the speed of multi-direction moving speed,and the intervention of multi-direction moving speed training for middle school students can not only improve their physical quality;Promote the development of nervous system;And gradually let more middle school students move from the network mobile phone environment to the team of keeping fit.With the popularization and development of functional training,most of the training methods used by some scholars and experts in improving teenagers' physical fitness are physical exercise training,but there are few studies on improving multi-directional movement speed by using core strength training in middle school students,and even fewer studies on improving multi-directional movement speed by combining core strength training with lower limb strength training in middle school students.In this paper,some students(149 students)from Banzao Junior High School in Mazhuang Township,Yanjin County,Xinxiang City,Henan Province were taken as experimental objects.The methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are mainly used to test the difference between the training effect of core strength and lower limb strength training and the training effect of traditional physical education training mode in middle school students' teaching courses.At the same time,through experiments,we can find out which training method is the most significant in improving the multi-direction moving speed of middle school students.Through comparison before and after the experiment,multiple comparisons between the experimental group and the control group,and comparison between men and women after the experiment,the value of core strength training and lower limb strength training in improving middle school students' physical fitness is reflected.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Core strength training,lower limb strength training,core strength plus lower limb strength training and traditional physical education teaching can promote the improvement of middle school students' multidirectional movement speed regardless of gender differences.2.Core strength training has the greatest effect on improving middle school students' multi-directional movement speed,and there is no significant difference between lower limb strength training and lower limb strength plus core strength training in improving middle school students' multi-directional movement speed.However,after the experiment,the average improvement of lower limb strength training is higher than that of core strength training,traditional physical education teaching and lower limb plus core strength training.3.In core strength training,lower limb strength training and core strength plus lower limb strength training,the average test scores of girls before and after the half-meter-shaped experiment are higher than those of boys before and after the experiment.In traditional physical education teaching,the average test scores of boys before and after the half-meter-shaped experiment are higher than those of girls before and after the experiment.4.Male students' test scores in core strength training,lower limb strength training,core strength plus lower limb strength training have significantly improved after the experiment,among which male students have the biggest difference in the improvement of test scores in core strength training,but there is no obvious significance in lower limb strength training compared with core plus lower limb strength training.5.After the experiment,the test scores of girls' semi-"meter" shape in lower limb strength training have been significantly improved,among which girls have no obvious significance in core strength training,lower limb strength training and core plus lower limb strength training.
