Strength quality is one of the important qualities of human body in sports activities,the basis for achieving good competitive results,and an important influencing factor for promoting the development of other sports qualities.In a basketball game,athletes need to move quickly on the field,plus jumping,kicking and turning,which requires high strength and quality of their lower limbs.Therefore,it is an essential part of basketball teaching and training to scientifically and systematically enhance the lower limb strength of athletes.Compression training has been used in badminton,track and field,football,wrestling,handball and other projects,and there have been many feasibility analysis and research results in strengthening athletes’ lower limb strength.It is rare to see the application of compression training in basketball lower limb strength training by consulting literature.In order to explore the influence of pressure resistance training on the lower limb strength of middle school basketball fans,this paper will use the research methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,and take 16 male basketball players as the experimental objects and randomly divide them into groups.The experimental group received pressure resistance training,while the control group received traditional strength training.The experimental intervention lasted for 6 weeks.Before and after the experiment,thigh latitude,horizontal explosive force,vertical explosive force and 1RM barbell squat were used to reflect the strength of lower limbs,and the effect of 6-week lower limb compression resistance training on lower limb strength was discussed.Research results:(1)Compared with before the intervention,the results of 3/4 sprints,1RM barbell squat,thigh circumference,vertical jump in situ and standing long jump in the conventional training group and the pressure training group were significantly improved after the intervention.(2)There was no statistical difference between the compression training group and the routine training group(P > 0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Pressure training method is more efficient than the traditional training method in improving the explosive power of middle school basketball players.(2)The pressure training method has a similar effect to the traditional large resistance training in improving the lower limb strength of middle school basketball players,and the resistance used by the pressure training method is smaller,which can avoid the generation of sports injury.(3)After the six-week intervention experiment,the thigh circumference,horizontal explosive force,maximum strength,horizontal explosive force and vertical explosive force of the two groups were improved,and both the compression training method and the traditional training method had a positive impact on the lower limb strength of middle school basketball players.
