The junior high school is an important period for the formation of middle school students'moral literacy and legal consciousness."Morality and the rule of law" in junior high school is closely related to social politics,economy and culture and has strong practicality.In line with the characteristics of middle school students' cognitive and psychological development,it plays a guiding and normative role in the formation of students' world outlook,outlook on life,values and life practice.In September 2016,the framework of "Core Competencies and Values for Chinese Students' Development" was officially released,which provides a direction for the reform and development of junior high School.The "Moral and Rule of Law" course in junior high school is also constantly enriching the classroom content,innovating the classroom teaching methods,trying to build the classroom environment in which students actively participate,and improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching.As a kind of teaching method with students as the main body and students' actual life experience as the center,life-oriented teaching has been widely used in the classroom teaching of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high school,and has become the cultural foundation,independent development and social participation of middle school students.The core literacy catalyst has injected the fresh water to promote the all-round development of middle school students.In order to effectively improve the teaching effect of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school and fulfill the requirements of core quality,we must pay attention to the implementation of life-oriented teaching.This paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice.Firstly,it integrates the research results of core quality and life-oriented teaching at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts,analyzes the correlation between the life-oriented teaching and core quality of morality and the rule of law.Then,based on the educational practice,we deeply understand the practical situation of the life-oriented teaching of morality and the rule of law in many aspects,summarize the results achieved since the implementation of the life-oriented teaching,and point out the problems in the teaching practice,such as emphasizing knowledge over students,design over participation,and theory over practice.In order to better cultivate the core development quality of middle school students,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the life-oriented teaching of morality and the rule of law from four aspects:teacher quality,teaching material,teaching form and teaching evaluation.By improving teachers' discipline literacy,information literacy and innovation literacy,help the implementation of life-oriented teaching;Make full use of the teaching material column,fully explore the teaching material content,integrate the family resources,campus resources and social current affairs resources in students' life,reflect the discipline value guidance,and activate the teaching content;Classroom teaching should be based on students' knowledge and experience,and the teaching process should take problems in life as the guidance to guide students to independently explore learning and solve problems,and actively organize students to participate in social practice activities,so as to implement the requirements for the development of middle school students' core qualities and improve the quality of life-oriented teaching.Multi-dimensional,multi-dimensional and all-round innovation of teaching evaluation,especially to highlight students' self-evaluation,and constantly consolidate the effect of life-oriented teaching.
