Teaching motivation is an internal psychological state that causes and maintains individual teaching activities,makes the activities toward a certain teaching goal and satisfies a certain teaching need.It can provide sufficient enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for teachers' teaching..Since the 1990 s,there have been more and more researches on teaching motivation,and teaching motivation has become a hot research topic at present,which should be paid attention to by educators.Nowadays,although there are abundant researches in the field of teaching motivation,there are few researches on the teaching motivation of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,especially on the teaching motivation of excellent PE teachers.With the national attention to the physical education teacher profession,the research on the teaching motivation of physical education teachers is also the trend of The Times.Therefore,the research on the teaching motivation of outstanding PE teachers will help to supplement the gap in this field and improve the understanding of the importance of teaching motivation of PE teachers.This research adopts semi-structured interview method,then forms of exploratory research,trying to explore excellent sports teachers' teaching motivation and influence factors,on the basis of the influence on the present stage of the problems existing in the sports teachers' teaching enthusiasm and sense of responsibility to further promote the professional development of primary and secondary school physical education teachers reasonable explanation and response measures are put forward feasible Suggestions.In this study,the first interviewee was selected by purpose-oriented random sampling,and then the first interviewee was selected by snowball sampling.15 excellent physical education teachers(including teachers and teaching and research staff)were selected from 6districts of Beijing as the interviewees.All of them were one-to-one in-depth interviews.After the collection of the original data,transcription was carried out.Nvivo12.0 software was used as the research tool for analysis,and related tree nodes were established in the form of three-level coding.For the reliability of coding,the consistency between coders is calculated by the similarity and difference of the coders' reference points under the same node,and the consistency coefficient within coders is 0.956,and the consistency coefficient between coders is 0.946,which indicates that the research reliability is excellent.The results show that :(1)the characteristics of teaching motivation of outstanding PE teachers in primary and secondary schools are dynamic,directional,concealment and complexity;(2)the influence factors of excellent primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching motivation is divided into two aspects of internal factors and external factors and internal factors including professional quality,work motivation,professional achievement,vocational interest,the degree of job burnout,occupational values,the external factors include school management,personal life stress,the educational research group working atmosphere,the national teacher of the policy,the influence of the professional identity and predecessors model.Is analyzed with the result of the above discussion,the following conclusions:(1)excellent primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching motivation is characterized by dynamic,directional,concealment and complexity,the performance is the most prominent,its dynamic psychologists also recognized as motivation,in this study is still the most basic characteristics of teaching motivation,main dimensions is perseverance and stimulate the teaching behavior,followed by other directivity,concealment and complexity,the characteristics of the four teaching motivation for this research institute found that specific elements.(2)Among the external factors that influence the teaching motivation of outstanding PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,school management style and personal life pressure are the main factors;However,the internal factors are the decisive factors affecting the teaching motivation of the outstanding PE teachers,among which the personal quality and the ambition to make progress are more important.
