In the lifelong learning,teachers' professional development under the influence of primary and secondary school teachers training of teachers,improving teachers' quality has played a decisive role.How to improve the effect of teacher training to become the teacher training at the present stage in China focus on top priority.Among them,the teacher training motivation is the key factor affecting the effects of teacher training,directly affects the effectiveness of training effect.But little about the research of the motives of primary and secondary school teachers training in our country,the research of the motives of rural primary and secondary school teachers training in the western areas few and far between.The western rural areas as the board of education development in our country,the western countries are focused on increasing the teacher's team construction,so the western rural primary and secondary school teachers training motivation to improve the effect of teacher training,the education of developing the western region has important theoretical value and practical significance.Taking Yunnan province as an example,explore the specific situation of the rural primary and secondary school teachers in Yunnan province training motivation and training motivation effect on training effect,and puts forward some specific strategies to improve teacher training motivation level.In the study of relevant motivation and training theory,based on this study gives a definition of training motivation to arouse,maintain and adjust the training object to participate in training activities and reach the training goal of power.Given periodic training process,training motivation,this study divided into training before the participation motivation of learning motivation,training and training after migration motivation,and further analysis the trainee training motivation types,specific conditions,influence factors,and the impact on the training effect.Through the investigation and study on the training motives of rural primary and middle school teachers in Yunnan Province,it can be seen that the training motive level of primary and middle school teachers in rural areas of Yunnan Province is lower than that of urban primary and middle school teachers.The training motives of rural middle school teachers are stronger than those of rural primary school teachers The social motivation of rural primary and secondary school teachers training motivation can not be ignored;rural primary and secondary school teacher training motivation for teachers training effect has an important impact.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward the concrete strategy of improving the training motive of teachers in Yunnan province.To cultivate teachers' professional development consciousness,to enhance the training motivation of rural teachers;to understand the needs of teachers training,to correctly stimulate the individual training motivation to enhance teachers;to enhance rural primary and secondary school teachers to learn interest,strengthen the intrinsic motivation of teacher training;reasonable set of training content,to take effective training methods;Training management standardization,humanization,strengthen the teacher training motivation;cultivate teachers' self-efficacy and achievement motivation to enhance the level of social motivation;to build teacher training incentive supervision mechanism to promote teacher training migration.
