The biggest difference between physical education and other courses is that it is a social activity developed from physical exercise,and it is a culture that cannot be separated from human behavior.As a special group of teachers,physical education teachers shoulder the important responsibility of imparting sports knowledge,strengthening students' physique,promoting the all-round development of body and mind,and perfecting personality.Their teaching behavior will profoundly affect the development of students.These effects will be embodied in the superb teaching skills and superb teaching art of physical education teachers.As excellent performers in the field of sports discipline,special-level sports teachers are the affirmation of the public.Their teaching experience is undoubtedly of great reference value and enlightenment to the growth of other sports teachers.The analysis method of traditional empirical scientific view has an important premise,that is,the research object is quantifiable and observable.As an individual unique,implicit and unobservable experience,teaching experience is obviously not suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis in the field of natural science.Therefore,we need an effective method system to describe human experience to restore the teaching experience.Based on this,this study adopts the phenomenological research method,starting from the essence of things,through its ‘face the fact itself,return to the life world,interactive subjectivity' of the essence of the core for the study of teaching experience of sports special-grade teachers provides a suitable and effective research tool.In this study,the teaching experience of eight primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province was studied,and the initial feelings and original experience of special-level physical education teachers in the teaching process were restored through suspended interviews.By summing up the successful experience,and then the significance and value of the successful experience of sports special-grade teachers have a deep understanding,understand the special-grade teachers in the teaching career personal feelings and successful experience,reveals the teaching characteristics of sports special-grade teachers.At the same time,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The phenomenological characteristics of teaching experience of special-grade physical education teachers in Shandong Province to Growth motivation,Education concept,Professional identity and Positive measures.(2)Growth motivation is the first phenomenological feature of the teaching experience of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province,which is manifested in six aspects : positive personality,professional vision,key events,subject discrimination,family support and resource platform.Positive personality is the internal and external factor for the growth of special-level sports teachers.The professional vision reflects the long-term cognition of sports teachers on their own professional identity and goals.Key events are the main driving force for the success and innovation of sports teachers.Disciplinary discrimination stimulates physical education teachers to make direct efforts to achieve self-worth.Family support and resource platform is an important guarantee and main pusher for the realization of the value of sports teachers.(3)The concept of education is the second theme feature in the teaching experience of sports special-grade teachers,which is manifested in four aspects:teachers' morality first,students-oriented,ability-oriented and lifelong learning.Teachers' morality first is the basic requirement for teachers to engage in education.Caring for students is the soul of teachers' morality and the guarantee of students-oriented.Ability is the reflection of teachers' teaching ability,which means that teachers need excellent professional ability and professional knowledge.Lifelong learning is an inexhaustible motive force for teachers' professional development and a way to improve teachers' professional quality and teaching level.(4)Professional identity is the third thematic feature of the teaching experience of special-level sports teachers,which is mainly manifested in five aspects: positive experience,consciousness awakening,professional demands,value realization and self-reflection.Positive experience is the physical education teachers personal feelings of work.Consciousness awakening is a concrete manifestation of professional identity of special-level sports teachers.Professional appeal is a prerequisite for professional identity of sports teachers.The realization of value is the intrinsic motivation of professional identity of sports teachers.Self-reflection is the revision process of professional identity of sports teachers.(5)The thematic feature of positive measures is manifested in four aspects in the teaching experience of special-level sports teachers: self-adjustment,innovation,training and continuing education.Faced with the practical problems in teaching and training,sports teachers agree that we should actively carry out the self-adjustment measures of ‘adjustment-adaptation-improvement',abandon the old concept of untimely,innovate and creatively play the educational mechanism in practice.At the same time,the community should give physical education teachers a variety of training opportunities for further development,physical education teachers' business ability and professional knowledge literacy is also to improve with the continuous development of society.Indomitable,persistence is the inherent spirit of perseverance,is the necessary way to become a sports teacher.
