On July 29,2010,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China promulgated the "National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)",which once again emphasized the importance of moral education in colleges and universities.This move has aroused social attention and discussion on moral education issues.Moral education curriculum construction is an important part of moral education work.The management of curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation will directly affect the final effectiveness of moral education.At present,although ordinary colleges and universities have formed a relatively complete system in the management of moral education courses,there are still certain shortcomings in the actual operation process.This study selects four colleges and universities in Heilong Jiang Province as the survey objects to analyze the current situation of moral education curriculum management in order to improve the quality of moral education curriculum management in ordinary colleges and universities in the province and provide reference for follow-up related research.This article is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods,research status at home and abroad,and core concepts.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the research results of predecessors,learn from advanced experience and concepts,and strive to find new breakthroughs.The second part analyzes the theoretical basis and essential attributes of moral education curriculum management in ordinary colleges and universities,expounds the theoretical basis that should be followed in moral education curriculum management,and provides theoretical support for subsequent related work.The third part uses a questionnaire to investigate the current situation of moral education curriculum management in four ordinary universities in Heilong Jiang Province,analyzes and summarizes the development of their moral education curriculum management,and provides data support for subsequent research.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems and their causes in the management of moral education courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Heilong Jiang Province,and provides guidelines for subsequent optimization strategies.The fifth part takes specific moral education curriculum management issues and reasons as the breakthrough point,and points out strategies such as rational positioning of moral education curriculum management objectives,optimizing moral education curriculum structure,perfecting moral education curriculum content,improving moral education curriculum implementation quality,and establishing and perfecting moral education curriculum supervision and evaluation mechanisms.
