As an evaluation language of teachers,classroom teaching evaluation language of tea chers has the dual characteristics of teacher language and education evaluation,and has t he characteristics of objectivity,motivation,inspiration,immediacy and artistry.Teachers' cl assroom teaching evaluation language is the comprehensive performance of teachers' profe ssional quality and teaching ability in practice.It is an important means and tool to ensu re the smooth progress of classroom teaching activities,as well as an important medium for effective communication between teachers and students.It is widely used in classroo m teaching activities.Effective classroom teaching evaluation language is not only helpful for teachers to regulate the classroom teaching process,optimize the teacher-student relati onship,improve the teaching quality,but also can mobilize the enthusiasm of students an d promote the development of students.Then,in the teaching practice,what is the status quo of teachers' use of classroom teaching evaluation language?Are there any problems?What causes the problem?How to optimize it?This is the focus of this paper to investiga te and explore the problem.This study on teachers' classroom teaching evaluation language connotation,importan ce and ideal pursuit,on the basis of systematically combing through classroom observatio n method,interview method,questionnaire method,case analysis and other research meth ods,the Q,C elementary school mathematics classroom teaching and launched an investi gation,from the elementary school mathematics teachers' understanding of classroom eval uation language,the use of language classroom evaluation purpose,evaluation content,ev aluation objects,evaluation form and types,the use of evaluation of language and langua ge students of teachers' classroom teaching evaluation appeal of this a few dimensions w ere investigated.The survey found that the problems of teachers' classroom teaching evalu ation language are mainly reflected in the arbitrariness of teachers' classroom teaching ev aluation language,the prominent phenomenon of emphasizing the result rather than the p rocess,the incentive of the evaluation language is biased,the pattern is heavy,and the a rtistic quality needs to be improved.The above problems are caused by the neglect of sc hool teaching management regulations,the restriction of teachers' evaluation concept and language accomplishment,and the restriction of pupils' subjective consciousness and langu age expression ability.Based on the development of students,optimizing teachers' classroo m teaching evaluation language needs the joint efforts of the school and teachers.On the one hand,the school teaching management should strengthen the process evaluation as t he guide,carry out corresponding theme teaching and research activities,organize training activities,and improve the evaluation mechanism.On the other hand,the improvement of teachers' professional quality is the key.Teachers should establish scientific evaluation c oncept,improve evaluation ability and optimize evaluation skills.
