| Online games are one of the most important ways of online entertainment for people in today's era.The number of online game users in our country exceeds half of the total netizens.For college students,online games have become an important way for them to interact with society and relieve stress.The behavior of online games has an important impact on the establishment of interpersonal relationships and the maintenance of physical and mental health of college students.The positive role of online games cannot be ignored,and the research on online games has always attracted the attention of scholars from all walks of life.The college stage is an important period for individual personality development and stability.The extraversion in personality traits is more related to many positive psychological phenomena and behaviors of individuals.Therefore,exploring the relationship between extraverted personality and online game behavior is of great significance to the grasp and guidance of online game behavior.In past studies,avatar identity and flow have been proved to be closely related to personality and online games.Therefore,this study uses the two as internal influencing factors to further explore the influence mechanism of extraverted personality on online game behavior.This study adopted a questionnaire survey method,selected 800 college students,and used the "Chinese Big Five Personality Questionnaire-Extraversion Subscale","Incarnation Identity Scale","Flow Experience Scale",and "Online Games" The Behavior Inventory measures the status quo and relationship of extraverted personality,avatar identification,heart flow and online game behavior among college students.The results of the study are as follows:(1)There are significant gender differences in college students' extraversion,avatar identification,flow,and online game behaviors,while there are significant differences between college students' avatar identity,flow and online game behaviors.(2)College students' online game behavior,avatar identity,heart flow and online game behavior are all positively correlated in pairs.(3)Incarnation identity plays a completely mediating role in the positive prediction of extraversion on online game behavior.(4)Flow plays a completely mediating role in the positive prediction of extraversion on online game behavior.(5)Incarnation identity and flow play a chain-like intermediary role in the positive prediction of extraversion on online game behavior. |
