The development of volleyball in China is inseparable from the training of young volleyball players,which is inseparable from the non-verbal communication between team members and the generation of team effectiveness.Nonverbal communication,as a silent form of communication,can affect team effectiveness.Team effectiveness is the embodiment of a sports team's performance,development level and future development,so strengthening the non-verbal communication among players can improve the overall development of a sports team?In order to describe the juvenile volleyball players use of nonverbal communication and nonverbal communication impact on team effectiveness,this study teenagers volleyball players on team effectiveness nonverbal communication as the research object,the influence of the Shandong province volleyball championship in 2020(men's,women's group b)14 volleyball teams was conducted in 205 teenage volleyball players.Literature,expert interview,observation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods were adopted,and statistical analysis software SPSS 25 and AMOS 26 were used to analyze the data.The results show that:(1)Non-verbal communication is mainly divided into three dimensions:“action language”,“object language”and“personal space”.The measurement tool is the non-verbal communication scale,and confirmatory factor analysis shows that X~2/df=2.395,GFI=0.892 and RMSEA=0.055.The scale has a good fit degree.(2)Team effectiveness is mainly divided into three dimensions:“satisfaction”,“goal completion”and“team development”.The team effectiveness scale was used as the measurement tool,and confirmatory factor analysis showed that X~2/df=2.273,GFI=0.972,RMSEA=0.051,and the scale had a good fit degree.(3)There was no significant difference in the non-verbal communication dimension of adolescent volleyball players of different genders and grades(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the genders and team effectiveness dimension at 0.01 level.There was no significant difference between the non-verbal communication dimension of adolescent volleyball players with different training years(P<0.05),but there was significant difference between them and the team effectiveness dimension(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the non-verbal communication dimension(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the team effectiveness dimension of“satisfaction”and“goal completion”.(4)Non-verbal communication was significantly correlated with team effectiveness at 0.01 level,and non-verbal communication“action language”,“object language”and“personal space”had a significant positive impact on team effectiveness(P<0.05).Based on the above results,research conclusions are drawn:1.There is no significant difference in non-verbal communication between young volleyball players of different genders and levels;The team effectiveness of male students is significantly higher than that of female students,but there is no significant difference in team effectiveness.2.The team effectiveness of young volleyball players who have been trained for 6 months to 2 years is significantly higher than that of young volleyball players who have been trained for less than 6 months or more than 2 years.The team efficiency of junior volleyball players in the position of auxiliary attack is significantly higher than that of main attack position,receiving position,setter position and free player position.3.The action language,object language and personal space in the three dimensions of non-verbal communication of adolescent volleyball players have a positive predictive effect on team effectiveness,indicating that the action language,object language,personal space and overall non-verbal communication of adolescent volleyball players have an impact on team effectiveness.
