Junior high school students are in a period of rapid physical and mental development and change,and also a period of many interpersonal problems.Among the factors that may lead to interpersonal problems,body image is a very important factor.Most junior high school students began to take whether the figure is slim or strong,whether the face is good as an important standard to measure the body image.Individuals with poor body image feel that they do not meet the social standards,resulting in a shame,which will cause individuals to escape interpersonal communication,and then produce more interpersonal problems.This study is divided into two parts: study one takes 509 junior high school students as subjects,explores the relationship among body image,shame and interpersonal problem of junior high school students through questionnaire survey;study two verifies the effect of self-designed group psychological intervention scheme on improving body image,reducing shame and interpersonal problem of junior high school students through group counseling experiment The effectiveness of inter relationship puzzle provides new ideas for the content arrangement and curriculum design of school mental health education.The results are as follows:1.Junior high school students' body image,shame and interpersonal problem are different in demographic variables.(1)There are gender differences in the total score of body image and the dimensions of appearance evaluation,appearance concern,comfort evaluation,comfort concern,health concern,disease concern and body part satisfaction of junior high school students;there are differences in the dimensions of appearance evaluation,comfort concern,health evaluation,obesity anxiety and weight self classification of only child or not;there are differences in the dimensions of body part satisfaction of junior high school students The score of the students in grade three is significantly higher than that of the students in grade three.(2)There are differences in the dimension of shame and behavior shame whether they are the only child or not;the score of behavior shame of junior three students is significantly higher than that of junior one and junior two students.(3)There are significant differences in the dimension of interpersonal relationship distress between junior high school students of different genders.2.Junior high school students' body image is negatively correlated with shame and interpersonal problem,while shame is positively correlated with interpersonal problem.3.Junior high school students' shame partly mediates the relationship between body image and interpersonal problem.4.Through the experimental research,the effectiveness of the self-designed group psychological intervention program on improving junior high school students' body image,reducing junior high school students' shame and interpersonal problem is verified.Based on this study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enrich the content of mental health education,improve the way of education and improve the efficiency of education.
