The "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)" proposes that mathematics teaching should be oriented to all students,student-oriented,cultivating students' innovative ability and creative thinking,advocating students' independent thinking and cooperative communication,and ultimately improving the core literacy of mathematics.However,the traditional teaching methods of "teaching-accepting","one lecture to the end" and "filling the classroom with water" adopted by some teachers can no longer meet the needs of students.Therefore,it is urgent to reform the classroom.This study focuses on the background of the "Return learning initiative and guide thinking" classroom reform in Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province,and raises two questions.The first question is what is the connotation of the concept of "Return learning initiative and guide thinking".The second question is how to apply the concept of "Return learning initiative and guide thinking" to the middle school mathematics classroom.Based on these two questions,the main ideas of this study are as follows.Firstly,we define the concept of "Return learning initiative and guide thinking" through literature review and brief review,and define the concept of "let","learning","lead",and "thinking" from the perspective of "let","learning","lead",and "thinking".Secondly,by analyzing the cognitive characteristics of junior high school students and the characteristics of junior high school mathematics,and by combining the results of interviews with front-line teachers,we try to construct a "three times four" junior high school mathematics teaching model based on the concept of "Return learning initiative and guide thinking",in which the three links are before,during and after class,and the four links are "let","learning","lead" and "thinking" in each link four dimensions.Once again,we take "The Concept of Number Axis" and "Solving Quadratic Equations Using Collocation Method" as examples to explain how the concept of "Return learning initiative and guide thinking" can penetrate into junior high school mathematics classroom teaching and help teachers better understand and apply the concept of "Return learning initiative and guide thinking".In this study,teachers can better understand and apply the "Return learning initiative and guide thinking" teaching model to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and achieve the teaching objectives.Finally,this study concludes that the "Return learning initiative and guide thinking" concept is a valuable concept that can be accepted by teachers and can be implemented in teaching.The "three times four" model can develop students' mathematical ability,develop core mathematical literacy,improve teacher-student relationship,and enhance teachers' mathematics teaching ability.
