A century-old plan,education first.Rural education is related to the development of rural children,especially rural preschool education,which has become a focus of national education revitalization in the new era.As the foundation of education,teachers are particularly important.Rural kindergarten teachers play an important role in the physical and mental development of rural children,More and more scholars begin to carry out in-depth research on the professional level of rural kindergarten teachers.Therefore,in the process of research,this paper takes Duyun City as the specific object,and obtains the actual situation of the endogenous development path of preschool teachers' professional ability in rural areas of Duyun City through questionnaires and field visits,This paper points out the deficiencies in the endogenous development path of Rural Kindergarten Teachers' professional ability under the background of the new normal,analyzes the root causes of these deficiencies,and formulates effective coping strategies,which has an important role in promoting the professional ability of rural kindergarten teachers.This paper is composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which involves the background of the topic,the background of the topic selection,the content of the topic selection,and the content of the topic selection,core concepts,literature review,and research design,this part also defines rural kindergartens,teachers' professional capabilities,and endogenous development.In addition,it summarizes the research situation of teachers' professional competence and rural kindergarten teachers' professional competence,such as the connotation,influencing factors,existing problems,and development paths.Research significance,research purpose,research focus,difficulty,research innovation,research object,research method of research design.The second part: the composition of kindergarten teachers' professional ability.Combined with the new requirements of teachers' professional development in the new era and the relevant contents of "professional standards for kindergarten teachers",teachers' professional ability can be divided into three different types.The first is the ability of educating people,which mainly includes three aspects,namely,the ability of conservation,the ability of building teaching environment and the ability of life organization;The second is teaching ability,which mainly includes the ability to use games to impart knowledge,the ability to make teaching plans,and the ability to implement and evaluate the rationality of plans;The third is the ability of self realization,which mainly includes two aspects: communication ability,reflection and promotion ability.Part Three: Investigation of the status quo of the endogenous development path of the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers.Through questionnaire and interview research methods,Through the way of questionnaire and field visit,this paper carried out in-depth investigation on Rural Kindergarten Teachers in Duyun City,understood the actual situation of the endogenous development path of Rural Kindergarten Teachers' professional ability in this area,and summarized the successful experience of excellent teachers in improving their professional ability.Analysis of the problems existing in the endogenous development path.The results show that there are the following price problems in the endogenous development path of rural preschool teachers' professional ability at this stage,and there are obvious defects in the external environment,including the teacher development platform;lack of cooperation and communication among teachers,lack of endogenous development willingness in terms of self-development ability,and weak self-learning awareness.In terms of development path selection,there is a problem that network resources are not fully utilized;and the form of training is single.Part Four: Analysis of the problem of the endogenous development path of the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers.For the lack of endogenous development path of Rural Kindergarten Teachers' professional ability in Duyun City,based on the objective reality of the development of Rural Kindergarten Teachers' professional ability and the successful experience of excellent teachers in this area,effective countermeasures are formulated.From the continuous improvement of environmental support conditions,to guide teachers' endogenous development consciousness;to stimulate teachers' internal subject development awareness,enhance teachers' endogenous development motivation;grasp the advantages of educational development resources,and explore the three aspects of multiple endogenous development paths.
