Rural education is the birthplace of the Chinese nation.Rural education not only shoulders the responsibility of preserving and carrying forward the traditional Chinese culture,but also shoulders the task of national rejuvenation,promoting social progress and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.Therefore,the professional quality of rural teachers is the key to affect the quality of rural education,and the quality of rural education is the key to rural development and construction.With the continuous improvement of the national social security mechanism for rural teachers,it has played a certain role in promoting the professional development of teachers.However,from the current development situation,there are still many problems in the professional development of rural primary school teachers.Therefore,in order to effectively promote the professional development of teachers,it is necessary to explore and accurately grasp the factors affecting the professional development ability of rural primary school teachers.According to the division of professional development ability in the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training Curriculum Guidance Standard(Professional Development),the professional development ability of primary school teachers is divided into "professional development planning ability","professional knowledge learning ability","professional practice training ability";the influencing factors are divided into "education funding investment","school system and support conditions","teacher professional cognition","teacher role satisfaction",etc.In addition,the professional development ability questionnaire of rural primary school teachers was compiled,and SPSS22.0 software was used to statisanalyze the recovered data.The survey results showed that the overall situation of the professional development ability of rural primary school teachers was not ideal.In-depth investigation and analysis of the influencing factors,analyze the causes of the problems,and give suggestions and countermeasures accordingly,hoping to provide reliable reference opinions for the professional development of rural primary school teachers.
