The basic task of education is to build up people by virtue.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed repeatedly: "China's excellent traditional culture,especially Confucian culture,is" the gene of the Chinese nation "," the blood of national culture "and" the spiritual lifeline of the Chinese nation ".Therefore,this paper integrates the spiritual support of Confucius' Benevolence in traditional Chinese culture with the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school,which can help the students to establish correct outlook on life,world outlook and values,and enhance their national confidence,national pride and national cohesion.It is important to " cultivate what people and how to train them " People,for whom to cultivate people " laid a solid foundation,to achieve the goal of educating the state and the party.Confucius' benevolence is not only the core of Confucius' philosophy,but also an important part of Chinese traditional culture.It has profound cultural connotation and rational normative value,which realizes the integration of internal and external,and contains rich moral education resources.In the past 2000 years,the development of Chinese people and Chinese society has been greatly influenced by the spiritual cultivation,behavior,even the construction of social order and the state governance.Therefore,integrating Confucius' benevolence into the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school can make junior middle school students systematically learn the basic concepts and theories of Confucius' benevolence,which not only strengthens students' academic literacy,but also inherits traditional Chinese culture,and also achieves the cultivation of noble moral realm and the spirit of daring to bear responsibility,and cultivate qualified construction for socialist modernization construction Designers and successors.In view of this,in order to integrate Confucius "benevolence" thought into the teaching practice of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school,realize the organic integration of theory and practice.This paper makes a systematic study of Confucius' Benevolence Thought from five parts.The first part of the introduction,mainly analyzes the Confucius "benevolence" thought into the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" teaching practice of the origin,purpose,domestic and foreign research status of the basic research methods.The second part is through the origin of Confucius "benevolence" thought,the background of the times and the elaboration of its core ideas,to achieve the purpose of clearly defining the theory;the third part mainly expounds the significance and feasibility analysis of Confucius "benevolence" thought into the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" course,to provide theoretical reference for the later teaching practice research.The fourth part mainly through the means of research,to understand and analyze the current situation of Confucius "benevolence" thought into junior high school "morality and rule of law" course.The fifth part focuses on how to integrate Confucius "benevolence" thought into the teaching practice of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school,what is the specific content of integration,the methods of integration,and the specific measures to ensure its real integration.
