| Children are the future of the motherland,the contemporary social and economic level is constantly improving,children’s less movement and more quiet way of life leads to the increase of childhood obesity rate year by year,children’s physique is declining.The development level of children’s movement ability has very important research value for children’s physical health and positive exercise behavior.Childhood is the key period for the formation and development of action ability in the process of individual development.8-9 years old is in the sensitive period of children’s cognition and growth and development.By children’s love can develop positive exercise behavior,pattern skipping can also be strong.Some studies have shown that pattern skipping can effectively promote the normal development of children’s bodies and strengthen their physique,and children’s cognition and sense have a significant impact,so the selection of physical education content in this stage is very important.It directly affects the development of children’s motor ability in this period.In this study,2 second-grade classes of Ren Jiyu Primary School in Pingyuan County,Dezhou,were randomly selected from 8-9 years old children,by using the methods of literature,experiment,measurement,mathematical statistics and so on,the experimental group and the control group were set up,and the experimental group worked out the intervention plan of pattern rope skipping,and the control group carried out teaching according to the standards of physical education curriculum in primary and middle schools,to explore the effect of rope skipping on the development of motor ability of children aged 8-9.The results of this experiment are as follows: After the experiment,the total score of movement ability,skill score,time score and skill score of the experimental group are all higher than those of the Control Group,in the skill score,the skill of running jump and one-foot jump was significantly better than that of the control group,the skill of double-foot jump and side-slide was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference.After the experiment,the movement ability of the experimental group was improved greatly compared with that before the experiment.There were significant differences in the total score,time score and skill score,there were significant differences in the skill scores of the control group before and after the experiment,and there were significant differences in the total score,the time score and the skill score,in the skill score,there were significant differences in the side-sliding step,and in the throwing and running-jumping step.Before the experiment,the total score of motor ability of girls was better than that of boys,and after the experiment,Boys were better than that of girls.Before and after the time score experiment,the boys scored higher than the girls,before the skill score experiment,and after the experiment,the boys scored higher than the girls,in the skill score,the girls’ skills of double-foot jump,side-slide step,running jump and one-foot jump were better than those of the boys,and the boys’ skills of catching,throwing and kicking were better than those of the girls.The main findings are as follows:1.After the rope-skipping teaching intervention,the children’s movement ability improved significantly before and after the experiment,the time score and the skill score improved significantly,the effect of rope-skipping teaching was better than that of girls.The movement skill of boys is lower than that of girls,and the object control skill is better than that of girls.2.The teaching of fancy rope skipping can promote the development of mobility ability more than the regular physical education class,especially the skill of one-foot jump and running jump.Pattern skipping teaching can improve children’s upper and lower limb muscle strength and upper and lower limb coordination ability,enhance the ability to perceive objects.3.Children’s sports ability is gradually improved with the increase of age,regular physical education and pattern skipping can improve children’s movement ability.In order to improve the ability of object control,the difference between conventional physical education class and pattern skipping teaching is not big,but the effect of pattern skipping teaching is more significant for the development of moving movement ability. |
