Nowadays,pattern skipping is becoming more and more popular as a way to keep fit and exercise.As a result,patterns and graphics of rope skipping are continuously innovated.Pattern skipping is not controlled by the place,equipment,age and other conditions,and is suitable for people of all ages.At present,more and more attention has been paid to the physical health of children.Therefore,in order to improve the physical quality of children and enrich the diversification of their physical exercise forms,it is of practical significance to introduce various forms of pattern jumping rope into the physical exercise of children.Based on synchronized jumping rope experimental study of the impact of fourth grade students' physical quality as the research object,two classes of students can be divided into two groups(experimental group and control group),and mainly adopts literature,interview,experiment,data statistics,logic analysis and other research methods used for 12 weeks,3 classes per week,one of the class for 40 minutes,finally using SPSS18.0 classification and analysis of the collected data,conclusions.This research provides certain reference and reference for physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools to improve students' physical quality in all aspects.Through further research and analysis,the current situation and problems of physical quality are pointed out.The research results are as follows:1.This study found that after 12 weeks of figure rope skipping practice,the overall comparison of physical fitness of the two groups before and after the experiment showed that: there were significant differences in the students' speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality and sensitivity quality,and the flexibility quality was improved,but the improvement was not particularly significant.Through comparing data index of the two groups before and after the experiment,the results showed a reverse layup is 50 meters,25 meters,solid ball toss,1 minute jump rope skipping,1 minute sit-ups,quadrant has very obvious significance,standing long jump are significant,The seated body bends forward was no significant difference,that through figure rope skipping exercises could effectively improve students' body quality.2.after three months experiment,the two groups before and after the experiment in students' physical growth compared to men and women,the experimental group boys the most outstanding three indicators is 1 minute sit-ups,quadrant 1 minute skip and jump,the control for solid ball toss,1 minute skip rope and quadrant jump increase was most pronounced in the experimental group,the girl is the most obvious increase solid ball toss,1 minute skip rope and 1 minute sit-ups,control group girls in quadrant 1 minute skip,jump and The seated body bends forward is one of the most obvious jumps.3.According to the statistics of various indicators,the growth rate of boys in the experimental class was smaller than that of boys in the control class when throwing the solid ball and sitting body forward bending after the experiment,and there was no significant difference between the standing long jump and sitting body forward bending of girls in the experimental class.To sum up,the various forms of rope skipping make students more enthusiastic and interested in sports,thus improving their physical health.In the practice of rope skipping,the speed,endurance,sensitivity of the pupils to improve the range of very large,strength and flexibility of the pupils physical quality has certain help,that the pattern of rope skipping practice to the pupils physical quality can be effectively improved.
