Sensory integration is a coordinated learning process between the brain and the body.The body uses its senses to receive different stimuli from the environment.The brain then processes and integrates these stimuli and responds adaptively.Sensory integration disorder occurs when the brain and body do not work together to learn,thus causes the child to appear the body quality to drop,the attention not to concentrate,the movement not coordinated and so on question to affect the child physical and mental health development.At present,a series of training methods such as sensory integration training are mostly used in our country to improve children's sensory integration ability,but this method tends to be game-oriented,most of the training sites are located in professional medical institutions and social sensory integration training room.If the sensory integration training is integrated into physical education,it will provide more space for the development of children's sensory integration ability.Rope skipping is one of the physical health testing standards for primary and middle schools,which can enhance physical fitness,delight the body and promote the development of students' personality,it has gradually entered into the primary school physical education class,so this article will be in the physical education class pattern rope skipping and children's sensory integration ability,in order to improve the primary school students' sensory integration ability.This research mainly used a series of methods such as literature,expert consultation,Questionnaire Survey,experiment,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on.Taking the effect of rope skipping on the sensory integration ability of primary school students as the experimental object,71 second graders from Xizhongjie Primary School in Beijing were selected as the experimental subjects for 12-week teaching experiment.The experimental group uses the pattern rope skipping teaching,the Control Group carries on the routine physical education curriculum teaching,uses Excel form to arrange and SPSS22.0 to carry on the analysis before and after the experiment.The conclusions are as follows:1.Comparing the data of sensory integration scale between experimental group and Control Group before and after the experiment,it is found that rope skipping teaching is more effective in improving pupils' sensory integration ability than physical education.2.Through the comparison of the data before and after the experiment,it is found that the practice of pattern rope skipping has a very significant effect on improving the subject's proprioception.3.Through the comparison of the data before and after the experiment,it is found that the rope skipping exercise has a significant effect on improving the vestibular sensation of the subjects.4.Through the comparison of the data before and after the experiment,it is found that the practice of rope skipping has a very significant effect on improving the tactile defense of the experimental object.5.Through the comparison of the data before and after the experiment of Balance Ability,coordination ability and sensitivity,it is found that the average value of the experimental data of the pattern rope skipping exercise is higher than that of the normal physical education class,but the improvement rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,the results show that rope skipping exercises have a more significant effect on the improvement of sensory system ability.
