With the in-depth development of information technology,the relationship between artificial intelligence and education is more and more close.Various emerging artificial intelligence technologies have injected new vitality into the traditional education mode.In the future era of artificial intelligence,the development direction of quality education is intelligence and personalization,focusing on the all-round development of every student.As a key link in teaching,education evaluation can not only help students fully understand themselves,but also help teachers adjust their teaching plans.The traditional education evaluation is usually a general test score,which cannot provide more detailed and scientific learning information.Nowadays,people hope to analyze students' mastery of each knowledge module in detail on the basis of scores,help students find out the missing in time,and further tap students' excellent talents or diagnose the "disease" of students' learning.As an information technology,knowledge tracing can track the changes of students' knowledge level according to the records of students' questions,which is widely used in various online learning systems to realize personalized learning.Dynamic Key-Value Memory Network is an excellent knowledge tracking model.Aiming at the shortcomings of the original mode 1,this paper proposes a knowledge tracing model(LPKT),which integrates learning and memory process.Compared with the original model,LPKT considers the current knowledge state of students when updating the dynamic matrix of memory network,and improves the original forgetting mechanism,so as to achieve more scientific and accurate knowledge tracking effect.In addition,this study applies LPKT model to primary school mathem atics academic evaluation to explore the practicability of knowledge tracking technology in education evaluation.The research selects three classes of students in grade six of a primary school in Suzhou as the research object,and finally obtains personalized class academic report and student acade mic report through the preparation of test questions,analysis of answer data,design of evaluation report and other links.Compared with the general scores given by traditional tests,the academic report based on LP model has the characteristics of fine-grained and multi-dimensional.The evaluation information provided by the report is more rich and specific,including students' mastery level of different knowledge points,different mathematica labilities,and learning suggestions for the next step,so as to help students realize personalized learning.At the same time,the report also provides teachers with information such as the analysis of the overall knowledge level of the class,the distribution of students' scores,the analysis of test questions,group differences,and teaching suggestions,which can help teachers accurately locate the teaching focus and find students with learning difficulties,and timely adjust teaching strategies.Finally,the study verifies the effectiveness of the academic evaluation report through the comparison of student self-evaluation and teacher interview,and the evaluation report has certain practical teaching significance.
