With the promulgation of "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017Edition)",our middle school biology teaching has entered the era of core literacy.Therefore,based on the core literacy of biology,especially the "concept of life" dimension,which has a basic and pillar role in the core literacy of biology,and focus on teaching well,it is of great significance to improve the level of students' core literacy.The author aims to promote students to form the "view of matter and energy" in the "view of life",using various methods such as literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,to assess the current status of the cultivation of the view of matter and energy in the biology teaching of first-line high schools.The investigation was conducted and corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward based on the analysis of the problems in the investigation.On this basis,the teaching design and teaching application directed towards the cultivation of the "view on matter and energy" have been developed.The research results show that there is still an obvious phenomenon of emphasizing teaching and neglecting learning in high school biology classrooms at this stage;the level of understanding and cognitive application of material and energy views needs to be improved;the cultivation of material and energy views in biology classrooms is beneficial to students 'mastery and understanding of textbook knowledge.At the same time,the author combines teaching design and teaching practice,and puts forward the following suggestions for the teaching design and organization of biology that point to the development of the "material and energy view" :create a real situation to realize the concept;build around the concept to form a material and energy view;Focus on student activities and permeate the concept of matter and energy.This research can not only provide new ideas for biology teaching in the context of core literacy,but also explore effective ways and methods for the cultivation of the concept of matter and energy in biology teaching in first-line high schools.
