The concept of matter and energy is an important part of the concept of life,one of the core qualities of biology proposed in the curriculum standards for general high school biology(2017 edition).Through analyzes the connotation of the concept of matter and energy,the embodiment of the concept of matter and energy in teaching materials and try to apply 5 e teaching model in view of matter and energy training teaching design,aimed at better for biology teachers cultivate students' concept of matter and energy,to optimize the design of the high school biology teaching effect.This paper mainly adopts literature review method,investigation method,case analysis method and experimental method to carry out the research,which is composed of six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction.It is composed of research background,research status at home and abroad,research purpose and significance,ideas and methods.Chapter two is an overview.The relevant concepts are clarified and the theoretical basis of this study is determined.Through literature review,this paper analyzes the connotation of "material and energy view","life concept" and "core quality",and introduces 5E teaching mode in detail,including the process of 5E teaching mode and its significance in cultivating students' material and energy view.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the teaching status of material and energy view cultivation.Through the way of questionnaire,the current teachers in training high school students view of matter and energy analysis of the status of the investigation,including the current teachers' understanding of the concept of matter and energy,and in the practical teaching to cultivate students' concept of matter and energy efforts,found and summed up the high school biology teachers in training students' view of matter and energy,in the face of obstacles,and puts forward the problems existing in the proposal.The fourth chapter is the teaching design of using 5E teaching mode to cultivate the concept of matter and energy.According to the content of the textbook,the related content of the concept of matter and energy in unit 4 and unit 5 of the compulsory "molecules and cells" in the human education edition is selected and analyzed.Two courses,cellular respiration,the main source of ATP,and photosynthesis,the source of energy,were selected,and 5E teaching mode was used to design teaching.The fifth chapter is the teaching experiment of using 5E teaching mode to cultivate the concept of matter and energy.By respectively using 5E teaching models to cultivate students in the teaching design of the material and energy and the traditional teaching design,a professor at the main source of ATP-cell respiration and the source of energy-photosynthesis two classes,and design the related questions to the two kinds of teaching design in training students' view of matter and energy effect comparison experiment.The experimental results show that the teaching design of using 5E teaching mode to cultivate students' concept of matter and energy can better cultivate students' concept of matter and energy.Chapter six is the conclusion and reflection.This paper summarizes the research and reflects on the limitations and disadvantages of the research.
