With the general high school chemistry teaching has entered five new eras:new curriculum standards,new college entrance examination,new teaching materials,new teaching and new evaluation.Teaching evaluation based on core literacy and gradually constructing a new evaluation system of literacy have become the focus of chemistry teaching evaluation.In all kinds of chemical examination evaluation,the stage examination,chapter examination and the usual test should also be guided by the core literacy evaluation,play the role of test questions in the integration of teaching evaluation,and help teachers and students adapt to the requirements of literacy test evaluation.How to carry out literacy-oriented test design is a key part of the development of literacy education.The paper begins with the development course of core literacy and combs the significance and orientation of core literacy at this stage.Combined with the large-scale core literacy assessment abroad,the core literacy-oriented test design ideas are explored,the core literacy-oriented test design is carried out,and the use of modifications are made,and the core literacy-oriented test design is finally designed and practiced,and some suggestions are obtained from the analysis of the results.The paper consists of the following six parts:The first part discusses the development of literacy education,combs the current situation of research at home and abroad,expounds the reasons for the selection of topics,and introduces the ideas,contents and methods of research.The second part defines the concepts of "literacy","core literacy" and "chemical discipline competence" and introduces the theoretical basis of the study,including the systematic model of the connotation of chemistry subject's ability and the expression of its activities,the three-tier structural model and the theory of solo classification.The third part,referring to the evaluation of foreign literacy,as well as relevant research at home and abroad,combined with the level of literacy in the subject standard based on the 3×3 subject ability model,how to carry out the core literacy-oriented test design ideas are planned.The fourth part,verify the idea of the test design,carry out the test design and the actual test,use the rasch model to analyze the shortcomings of the test design and discuss the correction.The fifth part,the idea of revising the design of the test questions,mainly has to increase the sample,set up strange situations,for a single core literacy.Re-design and test,get better performance results.The sixth part,conclusions and recommendations.Based on the theoretical design and practical analysis,the relevant conclusions are drawn,combined with the core chemical literacy of our country,the research conclusions are drawn and the suggestions on the design of the test questions are put forward.
